Project #1: Dr. Seuss meets Hamlet
 One entire scene that is significant to the play
 Couplet rhyme scheme used throughout

Project #2: Pinterest or Tumblr Mood Board
 Visual response to the play that responds to main characters, setting, ideas, quotes, etc. from the play
 DOES NOT USE movie stills or book illustrations of the characters
o Instead, utilizes pictures or quotes that suit the play
 Responds to each post in writing by specifically explaining how it connects to the play (a small
paragraph for each post)
 Minimum 20 pictures/posts/quotes on your mood board

Project #3: Newspaper Front Page
 Informs readers of events that happened in the play
 Each article answers who, what, when, where and why
 Minimum of five articles
o At least THREE news stories
o And ONE opinion/editorial article that is written from the point of view of a character
 Includes headlines, pictures, and a title for the newspaper
 Typed, at least 12-point font size
 Half or full poster board
Project #4: Diorama
 Portrays a significant scene from the play
 Size is large enough for all audience members to see clearly
 Typed, MLA formatted one-page report (with an MLA heading) on the scene you chose. Explains:
o The significance of the scene to the play as a whole
o Why you chose this scene to portray
o How you went about creating your diorama
o Share this report and point out details of the diorama during presentation
