Section ll: School’s Statement of Purpose
The Copper Country Christian School has a three-fold purpose for its existence:
1. To assist Christian parents in fulfilling their obligations to God to train their children in a manner
that would bring honor and glory to Him.
2. To make our teaching consistent with the training a child should receive in a Christian home and a
Bible-believing church.
3. To provide the highest quality Christian education possible with emphasis on the Word of God as
our principal source of truth.
PLEASE NOTE: We believe that among parents’ primary responsibilities are to lead their children to
Christ, and then teach them to live according to the truths of Scripture.
The Copper Country Christian School’s purpose is to provide Christian children from Christian homes
and Christian churches (ideally speaking) an educational program consistent with their parents’ and
church’s basic teachings. It is imperative that the church and the family have been, and are,
continuing to fulfill this sacred obligation. We realize, however, that not every Christian family has this
particular conviction for Christian education - thus, we may not be able to meet your individual needs
if you do not share our unique perspective.
Section lll: Application Procedures
This application form is for new students (PreK-12th Grade) who wish to be considered for enrollment
at the Copper Country Christian School. It should be noted that properly completing this application is
but the initial step in the application process. A final decision concerning the admission of any
student will rest with the School Board, after reviewing this application, other information and
documentation, and the recommendation of the school administrator (and teaching staff members).
Students applying for Preschool/K4, Kindergarten, or 1st Grade must be age 4, 5, or 6, respectively,
by July 1 of the year in which they enroll.

Section V: Student Disclosure Statement
Each 5th through 12th grade student (4th grade and under is optional) enrolling at Copper Country
Christian School is required, along with his or her parent, to carefully read and honestly answer the
following questions. The student and each parent, by placing their signatures at the end of this
application, certify that the answers are truthful. Each student, subsequently approved for enrollment,
is expected to abide by the school’s Standard of Conduct, in spirit, word, and action, as long as (s)he
is a student here.

Section VI: Parental Statement of Cooperation
“I hereby pledge to pay my financial obligation to the school on the date due. Failure to do so may
result in dismissal of my child(ren) from the school.
“I give permission for my child to take part in all school activities, including sports, and schoolsponsored trips away from the school premises.
“I support the moral standards and regulations governing the school, and will not tolerate profanity,
obscenity in word or action, dishonor to God or His Word, disrespect to personnel of the school,
whether paid staff or volunteer, or misuse of church or school property.
“I pledge to support discipline policies as they may apply to my child, and I understand that the school
reserves the right to dismiss any child who fails to comply with those policies in spirit, word, or action.
“I agree that in any and all matters of conflict between my child and school personnel, I will resolve to
support the position of the school, and refrain from discussing any situation with anyone other than
the teacher and/or other school personnel directly involved.
“This Statement of Cooperation will be in effect for as long as my child(ren) attend(s) Copper Country
Christian School.
