8th Grade Fundraiser
The 8th grade class is selling Bergner’s coupon books to raise
money for their graduation and class trip. For a $5 donation,
the booklet will give you a $10 coupon and a 30% off coupon
to be used during Bergner’s Community Days sale on Nov. 1114. Please contact an 8th grader if you would like to purchase
one. Booklets are also available in the school office. Thank you
for your support.
Gift Binder
Getting a jump on your Christmas shopping? Don't forget to
ask Mrs. Harper to see the Gift Idea Binder. It has lists of all of
the teachers' favorite things, to help you find the perfect gift
for your child's teacher. (And remember: gift cards to many of
the teachers' favorite stores and restaurants can be purchased
through Scrip!)
Eighth Grade Parents
Class of 2016 t-shirts were distributed last week. Please send
$11.50 to the school in an envelope marked Class of 2016 Tshirt. Checks may be made out to St. Mary’s.

St. Mary's Dinner Auction - March 5, 2016 (correction)
DATE for 2016 AUCTION!!!!!
Mark your calendars and plan to attend the Annual St. Mary's Dinner Auction on
Saturday, March 6, 2016, at Metamora Fields. This is a fun evening out with
appetizers, silent auction, dinner, live auction, and cash bar. So put it on your
calendar, and line-up the babysitter! Parents/school families are needed to serve
on the planning/acquisitions committee. Workload can vary with your availability,
and meeting attendance is optional! Last year two "stay-at-home moms" made
significant contributions to the auction as first-year volunteers who did auction
work around their family schedule. Stuffing envelopes, making a few phone calls,
helping set-up for a few hours before the event.... there are many ways to help.
No experience necessary! Questions or want to know more? Contact Susan
Grebner, phone (309) 251-1425, or email [email protected]
