ClassDescriptions BOOTYBOOTCAMP–Thisclasswillconsistofhigh-intensityintervaltrainingthat canleaveanyonebreathless.Bodyweightmovementssuchassquats,lunges, pushups,andplyometricswillbeinvolvedplustheoccasionaluseofresistance bandsand/orweightswillmakeallotherexercisesachallengeduringthisclass.
