Disposing wastepaper
And waste cardboard
Ready for disposal
Place for disposal every collection day before 8 a.m. Bundle up paper or cardboard. Place tightly tied-up bundles for disposal.
Tapes are not allowed; do not use carrier bags or boxes.
Paper or cardboard must be clean and free of foreign substances. Bundles
should not weigh more than 30 kg.
Garbage-service dates
Wastepaper and waste cardboard are collected on separate collection dates.

Included in the wastepaper
Newspapers, magazines, writing paper, book pages without spine and cover,
computer paper, envelopes, printed matter, fax paper, photocopies, paper bags,
leaflets without coating and laminated cases, pocket books, telephone books.
Not included in the wastepaper,
but in the garbage bag
Biscuit packets, flower wrappers, butter paper wrapper, wrappers for cheese,
meat ,etc., labels, filter paper (coffee, tea etc.), packaging for drinks (Tetra Pak),
metallized photo bags, gift wrappers, household paper rolls, yoghurt cups, coffee
and cocoa bags, carbon paper, paper with synthetic or tar coatings, paper napkins, paper tissues, paper tablecloth, self-adhesive paper, soap bags, chocolate
wrappers, base paper for self-adhesive labels, laminated paper (e.g. aluminumcoated paper).
File Shredder
Put strips of paper from file shredders in transparent plastic bags for disposal.
Included in waste cardboard
Boxes made of cardboard and corrugated cardboard (uncoated), egg boxes, fruit
and vegetable carton boxes, clean washing powder carton boxes, waterproof carrier bags
Not included in the waste cardboard,
but in the garbage bag
Plastic, coated carton, biscuit and chocolate candy wrappers, drinks packaging
(e.g. Tetra Pak), yoghurt cups, milk packaging, files, frozen food packaging, cigarette packages.
City center
In the city center collections are carried out every Wednesday evening. Collections start in the old town east of Kornhausstrasse from 7 p.m., west of Kornhausstrasse from 6 p.m.

Disposal through reusable material dealers (bring or ask to be picked up). For
