My name is Emily and I am in grade 10. One day

My name is Emily and I am in grade 10. One day, I hope to
be a veterinarian, so I volunteer at the local animal shelter
on a weekly basis. I have recently become a vegetarian, so
I usually have a salad for lunch, rice or pasta for dinner,
and fruit as a snack. I tend to skip breakfast in the mornings because I never have time! Even though I live a few
blocks away from school, I usually take the bus every
morning because I’m running late. I enjoy listening to music,
dancing, and spending time with my pets (1 dog and 2
cats) and my friends!
Hi! I’m Steven and I am 16 years old. I enjoy playing basketball,
listening to music, and playing the drums in my band. I also work
part-time at a music store. I really don’t have a lot of time to do
much else! I started noticing that my calves are tight after
basketball practice, but I don’t know what to do about it. I eat
a lot of fast food because it’s easy to grab when I’m on my
way to work after basketball practice. I know I should make
healthier meal choices, but I don’t have time!
