Base TP-998 portable DVD players in Black/Silver,
Pink/Silver and TP-998a portable DVD players
Orange/White and Pink/White.
These products were sold between August 2010 and July 2011
in Target and Target Country stores.
Defect: It has been identified that the back cover of the AC adapter
supplied with the above DVD players can separate from the casing.
Hazard: ISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK If the back cover does separate,

live wiring may be exposed posing an electrocution risk.
