089 20 JAN 2017 - The New Beacon

Friday 13th January 2017
Dear Parents
Jack Frost has wreaked havoc with rugby fixtures thus far and the grounds are now as solid
as can be remembered for years. Please remain alert for short-notice cancellations via
Clarion Call, noting that the advice is posted as a newsflash on the home page of the
website. A reminder too, that whilst the on-line reply form system is extremely robust from
the website end, a failure to complete all the required fields means the form will not be
sent; moreover, the fragility of Sevenoaks and environs 4G signal means that a form may
not be sent if there is a dip in bandwidth – please complete via the security of wi-fi or from a
hard-wired PC at home.
Should you lose the published link or your hard copy, please note that that all missives,
letters and booklets sent out or referred to in the weekly e-Bulletin may be found in the
Parent Login area of the website.
If you have any issues the links or content of this e-Bulletin or with the workings of the
website in general, contact Peter Brown in the first instance as only he can access the inner
workings of those mysterious places.
