SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
We ship Monday through Wednesday from November through April. Vallagret is shipped
only from November through January.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INDIVIDUAL CHEESE ITEMS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
$ 7.00 per address plus $ 2.00 for each cheese. The Maroon Gift Pack and the White Gift Pack shipping charges
will be calculated as follows: up to 5 gift packs of either kind will be $10.00 for each address and $2.00 per gift pack.
For example, the shipping cost for 3 Maroon Gift Packs and 2 White Gift Packs going to the same address would be
$20.00. The Mississippi Tax Commission requires us to charge sales tax on shipping & handling for packages to be
delivered to Mississippi addresses. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING CHARGES OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico for the same shipping rates listed above. We do not ship to foreign
countries.
SHIPPING DATES: Please indicate a shipping date (Mon. thru Wed.) for each shipping destination. If a shipping date is
not indicated, your cheese will be shipped the first or second Monday in December. Please allow 3 -5 days for
delivery depending on shipping destination. Allow additional time for busy holiday seasons.
ADDRESS ACCURACY: Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. If an incorrect address
has been provided, cheese will be reshipped upon receipt of a corrected address for a nominal shipping and handling fee.
Please supply the correct address when you place your order. We start packing cheese for shipping in October and
cannot change addresses for processed orders.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We cannot change or cancel paid orders. We cannot make refunds. If you have a question
regarding cheese quality, please call Eric Goan, Dairy Manufacturing Plant Manager at (662) 325-2484. DO NOT CALL
THIS NUMBER FOR ORDERS.
GIFT MESSAGE:
Please provide a message and signature for each gift address. If none is provided, we will use the
name as it appears on the front of this order form.
STORING CHEESE: DO NOT STORE CHEESE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. Store below 45 degrees
but not freezing. Cheese may be stored up to a year. It becomes sharper and more flavorful with age.
