Glasgow Science Centre has over 250 interactive exhibits to have fun with, so what could be better than
arranging for delegates to have a go at all the fun and games after lunch. There are hundreds of things to
do from making your head float to pondering over a puzzle at the maths exhibits.
Mission Rate Day Delegate Rate - £32.50 + VAT per person
(Minimum number 60 delegates) includes:
• Main meeting room hire
• Working Buffet lunch (please see options below)
• LCD projector, screen, laptop, lectern and microphone, flipchart and AV technician to set up
• Arrival tea, coffee & biscuits plus 2 tea & coffee breaks served with biscuits
• ½ Bottle still and sparkling mineral water per person
• Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access
• Lunch time access to three floors of interactive exhibits in the Science Mall
• Your choice of black or white linen to dress the registration desk and catering stations

IMAX Day Delegate Rate - £45 + VAT per person
(Minimum number 150 delegates) includes:
• IMAX Cinema, IMAX Function Suite and Atrium venue hire
• Working Buffet lunch (please see options below)
• IMAX screen, stage, projector, presentation switcher, laptop, 2 x handheld or tie clip microphones,
channel mix console, band graphic equaliser, lectern and microphone, AV Technician and Sound Engineer.

• ½ Bottle still and sparkling mineral water per person
• Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access
• Lunch time access to three floors of interactive exhibits in the Science Mall
