Registration at Coyne Field Area
Park in the lot in front of Coyne Field. Coyne is located at the Manley Field House Complex on
Syracuse University’s South Campus. It is on the corner of Comstock and Colvin Aves. Manley
Field House will bring up a location for your GPS.Once you have parked FOLLOW signs
to registration
Everyone must sign in at registration in order to play. Individuals will be assigned to a house team
and be told at registration and posted on info. board

2017 SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY FIELD

POOL PLAY
Spring Fling tournament play of 7v7 games. Play will be on Coyne field and football fields. Please refer to map venue for
locations of the fields.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:
If you have not sent in your medical waiver you will need to bring it with you to
registration. MEDICAL WAIVERS must be filled out completely to participate. You can down load a
2017 Medical information on our website www.kaizenfieldhockey.com, COPY of immunization ,and copy of
insurance card in addition to MEDICALS ----Medical were filled out when you registered online for the event
so we will those – shots records and insur. Card is what you need to bring if you have not already sent in.
(Please know the month/year of your last tetanus—in case you forget the immunization dates)
FIELD WEAR:
No cleats or GUM allowed – Turf shoes or tennis shoes on all playing surfaces. Bring a white shirt and dark (club jerseys) to
wear for game. Coach will tell players which jersey to wear for each game.
SAFETY:
1. Mouthguards and protective gear must be worn during play
2. Do not sit BEHIND GOAL AREAS and please AVOID the football field that is marked off – we are told it is off limits.
3. GOGGLES may or may not be worn - players may play to their comfort level - It is expected player/parent and coach have
discussed their expectations with regard to protective eyewear with each player.
4. Manley Field house will be used for shelter in between games if we have inclement weather - we will play rain or shine
SU Concessions will be open with snacks, drinks……from 8 AM – Closing

KAI ZEN SPRING FLING STORE WILL BE OPEN after registration – follow signs for location-cash or
check accepted
