GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A deposit of $400 per person is required at the
time of booking ($800 per single travler). Final payment is due June 20, 2017 except for bookings made
within that period when full payment is required. All cancellations are subject to a $200 per person A.C.T.
administrative fee. Cancellations made after June 20: $400 per person penalty plus any additional fees levied by
airlines, cruise companies (see terms of Royal Caribbean at www.royalcaribbean.com), and tour operators (including
A.C.T.) in accordance with their regulations, penalties, and out of pocket expenses (telephone calls, cables, etc.).
Cancellations made 30 days or less before departure: No refund (100% penalty).
AIR TICKETS: Are included in the price and feature regularly scheduled flights to Tampa on AA or other major carrier. These
special coach class group tickets are totally NONREFUNDABLE once issued. Air deviations incur added fees.
INCLUDED: From one of three select airports, roundtrip economy air to Tampa using regular scheduled flights. Airport taxes
and 911 security fees, as well as port charges. Six day/5-night cruise from Tampa to Key West and Havana, Cuba, including all
meals on Royal Caribbean’s Empress of the Seas, inside category M with 2 lower beds that can be made into a royal king bed and
private facilities (stateroom upgrades available). Transfers to any airport other than PSP chosen by A.C.T., only with group
airfare. One night in Tampa at an airport hotel, including taxes, plus transfer to ship and return to airport following cruise.
NOT INCLUDED: Gratuities to guides, ship staff, and bus drivers; any meals, snacks and beverages including wines,
liquors, and mineral waters that are not included in program; items of a personal nature; choice of optional shore excursions in
Cuba (menu offered by Royal Caribbean), one each day mandatory if you wish to disembark the ship in Havana each day; and
travel insurance. Cuba visa fee (processed on the ship for $75). Excess fuel surcharges or taxes if imposed.
DOCUMENTS: A.C.T. Inc. cannot and will not be responsible for any delay, damage and/or loss, including missed portions
of the programs, which are a result of passenger losing/not having proper documents; or for submission of inaccurate
information to A.C.T., including legal names on passports. A.C.T. reserves the right to correct errors made on its invoices.
US citizens require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
RESPONSIBILITY: Adult School Travel and Adult Customized Tours (A.C.T.) Inc., 1301 N.Palm Canyon Dr., Suite 206,
Palm Springs, Ca. 92262 and their agents shall act merely as intermediaries between national and international travel operators
and passengers in making arrangements for any services including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation, restaurants; and
does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person or property due to an
act of negligence or of default of any hotel, cruise and airline company, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of
the services included in the tour, or by any act of terrorism or by animal or by God. Passengers are responsible for obtaining
proper and valid government documents ie. passports/visas. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage, delay, or
re-routings due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any
causes beyond its personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routings or
acts of any government or authority. A.C.T. is be held blameless and airlines, ship, train or bus lines concerned are not to be
held responsible for changes in schedules or gateways, or any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on
board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines and cruise companies concerned when issued shall
constitute the sole contract between transportation providers and the purchases of this trip and/or passenger. Any controversy or
claim arising out of or relating to this contract or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the
Uniform Rules for Arbitration, and the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators(s) may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction thereof. The payment for a reservation on the trip shall constitute consent to all provisions in the General
Information and Conditions as published herein. Costs herein are based on prices in effect at the time of printing—March
2017. While unlikely, pricing is subject to change without notice.
