The products forming the present consignment originate from a disease free zone or compartment that they satisfy the requirements of
Directive 2006/88/EC.
II.2
The products forming the consignment belonging to the species susceptible to Bacterial Kidney disease (BKD, Infectious Hematopoietic
Necrosis (IHN), Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) and Gyrodactylus salaris, but they originate from an aquaculture establishment
which is under the supervision of the competent authority, and which at the time of the year the diseases are expected to manifest
themselves, have been submitted for at least two years to inspections by the competent authority, with sampling at least equivalent to
those sampling programs laid down by the Commission Decision 2001/183/EC or surveillance methods as described in the OIE Manual
of diagnostic tests for aquatic animals, Chapter 1.1.4 and the relevant disease chapters, and as laboratory tests have been carried out in
accordance with the relevant chapters in the most current edition of the OIE Manual of Diagnostic tests for aquatic animals, with all tests
giving negative results.
II.3
The products originate from an approved zone free of Infectious Salmon Anaemia (ISA), and there has never been any notification or
suspicion of Epizootic Hematopoietic Necrosis (EHN) in Norway.
II.4
The products have not been in contact with other live aquatic animals, eggs or gametes of a lower health status.
II.5
The products are not intended for destruction or slaughter for the eradication of diseases listen in Annex IV, Part II of Directive
2006/88/EC.
II.6
The products do not originate from a farm subject to any prohibition for animal health reasons.
II.7
No increased mortality has been reported during the last three months at the farm of origin, brood stock sites or hatchery.
