ABOUT PROSECCO
Prosecco is made from the Italian grape variety named Glera. This
Grape variety originates from the Prosecco village in Northern Italy,
near Trieste. The wine can be drunk as an appertif, on its own, or in
the famous cocktail Bellini.
TASTING NOTE
Our Prosecco is an elegant wine with floral aroma’s and flavours of
pear, apple, pistachio and citrus. A seductive bubble finishes the
wine with sophistication and style. It is balanced, stylish and perfect
for any occasion.
WINEMAKING
Our Glera grapes are harvested at the optimum flavor profile which
comes in around 9.0 baume. The grapes are then gently pressed and
fermented quite cool to preserve the natural flavors from the
vineyard. The wine is given some light lees stirring and is then
eventually cleaned up off yeast lees and prepared for bottling.
