General Tips
1) DO NOT add their personal details in the profile on Chegg site.
2) Please, do NOT change your Credential details: e-mail, username, and password.
3) Please ensure the you DO NOT interact with students or provide any of their details to
contact them directly.
4) Please ensure the experts DO NOT enter any sort of comments in the answer box, if
information in questions is missing, they have to skip under need more information and enter
comments in detail there. Entering comments in answer box will lead to immediate deactivation of their ID.
5) Do NOT unnecessarily skip questions. You get 2 hours to answer each question, please ensure
that before you skip questions you are making an attempt to give the answer.
6) Follow multiple questions rule as mentioned in the guidelines.
7) DO NOT provide any direct answer and write answers in their own words only
8) STRICTLY NO PLAGIARISM… See Plagiarism Document
9) Students may comment on the answers provided by the you, please ignore the comments.
10) If you upload the answer via media (images), please ensure that handwriting is neat and
clean, and image is clear and visible. Also, ensure to follow the correct procedure to upload
the image as mentioned in the guidelines.
11) Chegg will also be directly auditing the experts’ answers and will share the feedback with
them directly. Please do not to contact them or not reply to their emails. In case of any issue
they should contact you or their reporting manager only.
12) If the experts receives 2 negative audit feedback, their ID will be de-activated.
13) Please ensure that when working on Chegg, experts open only one browser for Chegg and
not multiple
