HIGH-TECH GLASS SPACERS FOR BLOCKING COLD
(SUPER-KÄLTEBLOCKER)
ACTUAL technology of glass spacers for blocking cold (SuperKälteblocker) comes as standard with models ALWOOD,
ALEVO, MATRIX, CUBIC and VIVA. Due to warm edge technology glass spacer, it reduces heat loss significantly, because
thermal conductivity is 950 times lower than that of aluminium and 84 times lower than that of spacers made of
stainless steel: this ensures up to 9 °C warmer inner side and
protects from condensation build-up.
QUADROBOND BONDING TECHNOLOGY
QUADROBOND bonding technology bonds sash and glass into
one and significantly improves thermal insulation, stability
and anti-burglary protection. Standard in models ALWOOD,
ALEVO, MATRIX, CUBIC and VIVA.
CENTRE SEALING BAR WITH INSULATION
CHAMBER
All ACTUAL uPVC/aluminium and uPVC window systems
have a special solid center sealing bar with insulation
chamber. This maintenance-free construction ensures sealing
for a long time, prevents condensation build-up in fold area
and makes burglary more difficult, because it is harder to
lift the window with such construction. For perfect sealing
technology of the window only high quality materials are
used. The Result: windows, which are optimally prepared for
long term use.
OPTIONAL HYBRID VERSIONS
For maximized thermal insulation there are HYBRID versions
with additional thermal insulation. In uPVC system, cold
reinforcement steel is replaced with fibreglass reinforced core
(HYBRID X-STRONG).
