**Installation & Parts provided when: 1. You choose and pay to upgrade at checkout and delivery is in a qualifying zip code. 2. Included when purchased in a 3‐piece or 4‐piece kitchen suite and delivery is in a qualifying zip code. Installation is limited to the zip codes listed in the link on the item page and must comply with local codes. Some state and local codes require certain appliance installations to be performed by licensed contractors (plumbers or electricians). In these areas, we will not be able to provide installation.
Home Delivery Built In Install Complete Electric
Uncrate, remove packing materials, supply and attach water inlet hose, compression fitting and approved 110VAC UL approved power cord, or hardwire where code permits, purge water line, connect drain hose to existing (disposer, tee, or air gap) drain system, test unit for proper operation, haul away trash, and haul away old appliance if requested. (Must be like product). Parts included with the installation of a Dishwasher: (Parts are included only when installation is performed). 

The delivery provider will NOT un‐install existing dishwasher, must be un‐installed prior to delivery. 
The delivery provider will only deliver if the person receiving the delivery is 18 years of age or older. 
Only new parts provided by the delivery provider are allowed. Existing parts or other obtained elsewhere cannot be used. 
The delivery provider cannot install if water shut off valve is beyond 10’ from appliance. 
The delivery provider cannot install if electrical outlet is in same cavity as appliance, must be in adjacent cabinet. 
Cabinet opening must be large enough for appliance to be installed. No cabinet modification will be made. 
All water shut off valves must be operational; the delivery provider reserves the right to determine if the water shut valve is operating correctly. 
The delivery provider will not attempt to disconnect or connect to saddle or needle type valves, only permanent in line water valves. 
The delivery provider will not splice or tie together any water or drain lines. 
Flooring under dishwasher must be same level throughout cavity and kitchen. 

INSTALL COMPLETE ‐ Home Delivery Free Standing Install Complete Uncrate, remove packing materials, unpack interior, supply and connect water line to existing water shut‐off valve, purge water line, plug in, level, flush refrigerator water system where applicable, test unit for proper operation, install handle on refrigerator and freezer doors if needed, haul away trash, and haul away old appliance if requested. (Must be like product).

The delivery provider will remove refrigerator and freezer doors, if necessary, to get it into the home. 
The delivery provider will cover finished floors with a protective material to limit the possibility of property damage. 
The delivery provider will haul away old unit if customer request, (like product only), or move to another location. Up or down one floor. Obstacles that could prevent the installation: 
The delivery provider will only deliver if the person receiving the delivery is 18 years of age or older. 
Only new parts provided by the delivery provider are allowed. Existing parts or other obtained elsewhere cannot be used. 
The delivery provider will remove only exterior doors (hinge pins) to gain access; we will not remove interior doors, hand rails, banisters, screen doors, or move customers possessions to perform services. 
The delivery provider will not attempt to connect to any water shut off valves further than 6’ away from the appliance 
There must be enough slack in a water line when connected to a refrigerator so it can be pulled out for cleaning or servicing. 
The delivery provider will not drill any holes thru fixed walls or floors. 
The delivery provider will not attempt to disconnect or connect a water line in a location unless it is fully lighted and the Delivery Installation Specialist is able to stand up. 
The delivery provider will not attempt to disconnect or connect to saddle or needle valves, only permanent in line water valves. 
The delivery provider will not attempt to disconnect or connect any water lines where ceiling tiles or other obstructions impede the valve 
The delivery provider will not attempt to disconnect or connect any water lines in a basement where the ceiling height is higher than we can safely reach. 
The delivery provider will not attempt to disconnect or connect a water line in a basement unless we have an unobstructed path to the valve location 
All water shut off valves must be operational; the delivery provider reserves the right to determine if the water shut valve is operating correctly. 
The delivery provider reserves the right to refuse to disconnect or connect to any water valve they feel is in an unsafe or inaccessible location. 
The delivery provider will only turn the water off at the specific valve we attach our water line to, we will not turn off house main water valves 
The delivery provider will NOT reconnect or reuse any existing waterlines. 
Cabinet opening must be large enough for appliance to be installed. No cabinet modification will be made. 

Cabinet opening must be large enough for appliance to be installed. No cabinet modification will be made. 
Old product must be free of any food particles, mold, and pests. 
The delivery provider will not install on a carpeted floor. 
The delivery provider will not be responsible for vent connection. InstallationService–Range(Gas)
INSTALL COMPLETE ‐ Home Delivery Free Standing Install Complete Gas Uncrate, remove packing materials, unpack interior, install anti‐tip device, supply and connect approved 4’ flex gas line, plug in, level, test unit connections for gas leaks, test unit for proper operation, haul away trash, and haul away old appliance if requested. (Must be like product). Final Mile Services does NOT provide conversions for LPG fuel source.
