Class Descriptions
Aqua Fitness ( Lap Pool) - 55 minutes including warm
up, 20-25 minutes of stamina building mild to moderate,
self-paced aerobics; strengthening, toning and stretching
exercises.
Aqua Strength & Sculpt - A unique, non-aerobic
sculpting class that uses the force of water resistance to
create a challenging and effective workout. This improves core strength, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back,
chest, glutes and legs with focus on muscular endurance,
power, tone and joint range of motion. Modifications
are included for athletes, cross-trainers, and/or anyone
desiring to increase their fitness level.
Cardio Strength Circuit - This class incorporates a
Suspension Trainer, which is the original, best-in-class
workout system that leverages gravity and your body
weight to perform hundreds of exercises. This class
will not only build a rock – solid core, but also increase
muscular endurance. The fusion of TRX and various
cardio exercises benefits people of all fitness levels!
Full Body Blast - Get your heart pumping and muscles
moving with this 45 minute total body strengthening
class. This total body workout class will incorporate
various types of equipment, like kettlebells, Bosu balls,
medicine balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, stability
balls, and much more! Keep your whole body in shape
with Full Body Blast!
Gentle Yoga - A modified and gentle, adaptive yoga
class. Participants of any physical ability are welcomed
and encouraged.
Group Training Boot Camp - Stay fit and healthy in a
group setting with GTBC! GTBC gives you a personal
training feel in a group environment. With monthly
measurements and weigh-ins, you are on your way to
getting into the best shape of your life! Pre-registration
is required.
Personal Training - Keep up with your fitness goals
by having a personal trainer keep you on track! The
health club has qualified personal trainers that can assist
you with your specific fitness goals. Personal training is
catered to your needs.
Power Yoga - Power Yoga is a more intense practice
than traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow that focuses on
linking movement with breath to strengthen the body
and energize the psych. Power yoga improves total
body strength with an emphasis on core and functional
strength and endurance. Power yoga is designed to
empower you to overcome challenges whether it is
through focused effort or releasing deeper into each
pose. The instructor will scale the class to each student’s
level and so all levels of yoga experience are welcome.
Quick Start - Challenge yourself with this fast- paced,
calorie-blasting workout. This class incorporates 30minutes of cardio endurance along with abdominal
work. Quickstart is geared toward all fitness levels.
Modifications are always offered for the beginner to
the advanced.
Rising Sun Yoga - Prepare, center and energize with a
yoga practice aimed at total wellness through the use of
invigorating postures, breath exercise and meditation.
Spinning - Burn as many as 500 calories per 40-minute
ride. The routines are designed to simulate terrain and
situations encountered in actual bicycle rides. The various positions tone and strengthen all muscles of the legs.
TC Combo - 45 minutes of strength and cardio combinations, low to high intensity choices. Improve your
fitness level by choosing your style.
TRX Fusion - The TRX class incorporates a Suspension Trainer, which is the original, best-in-class workout

WERQ - WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance and fitness class
based on pop, rock and hip hop music, taught by Certified
Fitness Professionals.
Yoga - Class includes centering and warming practices,
stretching and stretching asanas, breath exercise
(pranayama) and deep relaxation/meditation.
