If we consult the dentist, fluoride is applied directly to
the surface of our teeth. Likewise a mouthwash is
rinsed about the mouth but not swallowed. Why now

The chemical and mineral compositions of our blood, and saline
fluids have an amazing similarity to seawater. As an embryo in our
mother's womb, we are encased in a sack, filled with this saline fluid.
Seawater contains 84 mineral elements. These same 84
mineral elements are found in our bodies. Modern science has
determined that 24 of these elements are essential for life, although
many believe that a proper balance of all 84 elements in our bodies
is necessary for good health. Whenever a dietary deficiency of any
of these elements occurs, the cells in our bodies lose ions. A loss of
ions in our cells causes imbalances, a breakdown of the cell
regeneration and growth process, and loss of the cells themselves,
which leads to nervous disorders, brain damage, muscle damage or
illness. Therefore, it is vital to your health to have the proper mineral
balance in the saline and ion composition of your blood and these
compositions must be maintained within very precise limits. Many
illnesses and poor health conditions have been traced to a
deficiency of minerals, ironically the minerals that are found in sea
salt.
This is where the problems begin, at least in terms of your
health. The salt is refined to remove impurities, making it more
attractive and uniform in appearance, and to extract most of the
mineral elements. When the refining process is over the salt looks
great, flows more easily out of your saltshaker, but 82 of the 84 trace
elements have been extracted.
Why do the large industrial companies do this? The largest
customer (industrial processors) who buys 93% of their product only
requires a salt that contains sodium and chloride. They do not need
the other 82 elements; and several of the minerals that are extracted
have great commercial value.
chemical additives, which prevent the refined salt from
absorbing water, whilst packaged, also prevent the refined salt from
being properly absorbed in your body. This is why we are constantly
being told how harmful table salt can be.
It is interesting to note that, fish from the ocean will die quickly if
placed in a solution of refined salt and water. The sodium chloride, or
table salt, as we know it, is actually poisonous to them.
Are you Salt Starved? Many of us definitely use too much salt in
our diet. We crave it. This is because our bodies crave the 82
missing elements, which are absent from our table salt, and our
bodies send the message to consume more salt. But the salt we
consume doesn't have these 82 elements, so our bodies send the
message out again "eat more salt!" Thus a destructive cycle exists
which leads us to again consume too much sodium chloride, which
due to the refining process, cannot be properly processed by our
bodies. This then allows harmful salt deposits to form in our bodies,
and thus, great stress is placed on the overall function of our body as
it struggles to operate without the other 82 missing elements.
Salt and Kidneys: The kidneys are greatly affected by the longterm consumption of refined salt. Natural salt assists bodily liquids
to freely pass through all body membranes, including the kidney's
blood vessels and glomerulus. Refined salt, however, may restrict
the flow of fluids, causing edema and chronic kidney problems.
Eventually, insoluble crystals of haemoglobin form in the kidneys,
possibly resulting in kidney failure.
A salt restrictive diet can actually raise or even lower your blood
pressure. Many young adults that have lacked the balance of a
Good Salt from early childhood actually suffer from low blood
pressure.

The prevailing viewpoint of modern medicine is that salt is bad
and must be eliminated from the diet, like alcohol and tobacco.
People have been taught since childhood that "salt causes high
blood pressure". The truth is that Hand Harvested Sea Salt naturally

The research of Dr. John H. Laragh, M.D. and Dr. Mark S..
Pecker, M.D. at the Hypertension Centre of the Cornell University
Medical Centre, shows that the High Blood Pressure problem lies
not in salt intake but in an overactive hormone system. When this
system is overactive, renin levels, are excessively high indicating a
physiological need for salt. Consequently, salt starvation could
occur if the patient is put on a low salt diet. On the other hand, low
renin levels, which occur only in a third of hypertensive people,
actually reveals sodium excess. Common salt lacks the many trace
minerals provided by natural sea salt, because during the refining
process it is stripped of all its trace minerals. These minerals are
then sold to the chemical industry or to pharmaceutical companies
to make dietary supplements at a large profit.
The salt fields of North West France are lined with a natural layer
of clay and sand. If concrete lined beds are used, as in the artificial
production of refined salt, the efflorescence of the cement pollutes
and loads the salt with toxins.
Why eat Organic food?
Organic means to leave the product in it’s fundamental
structure, unchanged and used as it is.
Milk for example some 25 years ago lasted only two days in the
fridge after leaving the farm, then it turned by itseslf into butter milk.
Today our milk lasts up to two weeks refrigerated. That is a major
change in one of our key food sources.
Our society plays with all major food sources like milk, bread,
water etc. For example, artificial vitamins are added and products
bleached so they ‘look’ better but the natural goodness is being
processed out of many of our foods. Many have these elements
artificially added back in and are then sold at health food shops.
