Official Rules for the Froggy 98 “Crash Cancun with Luke Bryan” contest
In the following rules, "Froggy 98" means NRG Media, LLC, which owns Froggy 98
“Crash Cancun with Luke Bryan” is an All-Inclusive trip for two given away by KFGE, Froggy
98 to Cancun and the Riveria Maya, Mexico from January 22-26, 2016.
Trip for Two includes (everything below) PLUS Airfare out of Omaha.





4 All-Inclusive Nights at the Hard Rock Hotel with check in on Jan 22
Admission for two (2) into the venue hosting the nightly concerts.
Airport transportation to and from the hotel in exclusive Luke Bryan's Crash My Playa
shuttles
Local transportation to and from the Hard Rock to the beach location of each concert

1. Open only to legal U.S. residents of Nebraska, 21 years of age and older. Must possess a valid
Nebraska driver’s license or Nebraska issued identification card. Void where prohibited
2. No purchase necessary. One entry per household. One qualification per person for the
duration of the promotion.
3. Promotion begins at 7:00:00AM Central Time on 10/14/15 and will end at approximately
08:00:00PM Central Time on 11/13/15.
4. To participate for a chance to win, listen to KFGE, Froggy 98 weekdays (10/14 through
11/12/15) for the “Crash Cancun Boarding Call”. That “boarding call” will play as close as
possible to the top of the hour at 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm,
5pm and 6pm. The 7th caller on our contest line or 402-474-FROG (402-474-3764) will become
a qualifier for the trip. Total of 264 qualifiers via this method.
5. Additionally, on Fridays during the promotion (10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6), 5 members from
the Froggy 98 text club and 5 members from the Country Club each Friday will be selected at
random to also become qualifiers for the trip. A total of 40 unduplicated individuals will be
selected via this method.
6. From 11/2-11/13, six additional qualifiers will receive boarding passes by being the first to
find a hidden boarding pass that has been placed in the Froggy 98 listening area. Clues as to
those locations will be distributed via social media. Also during this time, 5 additional boarding
passes will be awarded to Froggy 98 listeners who have participated in morning show contests
that are played on the air from 6am-9am weekdays.
7. Employees of NRG Media are not eligible to win. Neither are members of their household or
their immediate relatives including parents, spouses, siblings, grandparents, great-grandparents,
children, grandchildren, or individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
8. To win the prize you must reside within a 100 mile radius of the over-the-air signal of KFGE,
Froggy 98, originating from the broadcast tower.
9. On Friday, November 13th , to be eligible to win the trip, all contest qualifiers will be required
to be at The Gala (2602 Park Blvd, Lincoln, NE), no later than 7pm. Proxies for original
qualifiers will be allowed, but must notify Froggy 98 management by Noon on 11/12.
Additionally, listeners over the age of 21 who have not qualified for the trip may attend that
night’s event for a chance at becoming the final “last chance” qualifier. One individual will be
selected from that group and go into the qualified list. From all the qualifiers assembled, one
winner will be selected at random to win the trip.
10. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferrable. No substitution of prizes.
11. Value of prize is approximately $6000 (depending on airfare costs)
12. Winner will be required to appear at Froggy 98, 4343 O Street, Lincoln, NE by
11/20/16/2015 during normal business hours (Mon-Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-4:30p) for the purposes
of signing receipt of prize paperwork, and to provide necessary information for Froggy 98 to
make airline reservations for the winner and guest. Must present a photo ID and Social Security
Number to receive prize. If value of prize exceeds $600, winner will be sent a 1099MISC
federal tax form. Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes if applicable.
13. Participating in, and winning this prize gives Froggy 98 permission to use your name, voice,
photo or likeness on air, in social media and in any promotional material.
14. Froggy 98 reserves the right to disqualify contest participants if any contest rules are
violated in any way.
15. Froggy 98 is not liable for the Winner's use of the prize or any situations, repairs or incidents
arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in this contest. Winner will be required to
indemnify and hold harmless Froggy 98, NRG Media, LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates,
contest sponsors, employees and agents from any action or liability arising from this contest or
prize awarded. Employees of all media of mass communication within a 100 mile radius of the
station are also not eligible to win.
16. Froggy 98 shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim prize based upon
difficulties with entering or submitting. Any problems with phone lines, the Internet or e-mail
are not Froggy 98's responsibility. All appropriate information in required fields must be filled
out or you will be disqualified.
17. Upon completion of sweepstakes, all entries and information contained within will be
deleted.
18. Winner and guest will be required to have a valid passport by the time of trip departure
January 22, 2016. Froggy 98 is not responsible for time delays and failure to obtain a passport.
19. Odds of winning: 1 in 316 after becoming a qualifier.
