The undersigned is directed to convey the sanction of the Government of the People's
Republic of Bangladesh for participation of the officials listed below in a tour titled "Study
Tour to New Zealand and Aushalia" in New Zealand and Australia from 05 to 09 April2017
(excluding
travel time):

The study tour for will be subject to the following conditions:
(a) While participating in the study they will be treated as on duty;
(b) They will draw their respective pay and allowances in local currency. No part of
shall be drawn in foreign currency;
(c)

All expenses of (a) Mohammad Shafiul Alam, Cabinet Secretary, Cabinet
Division; (b) N M Z;eaul Alam, Secretary (Coordination and Reforms), Cabinet
Division; and (c) Anir Chowdhury, Policy Advisor, Access:to Information (a2i),
Prime Minister's Office for the study tour will be borne from the lTechnical Support
for CRVS Improvement Project' funded by the Vital Strategies DFID and
implemented by the Cabinet Division;
(d) All
expenses of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Registrar General (Additional
Secretary), Birth and Death, Local Government Division for the study tour will be
bome from the cotcerned budget of the Office of the Registrar General, Birth and
Death, Local Government Division;
All expenses of (a) Sultan Ahmed, Additional Secretary, Cabinet Division; (b) A
Mohiuddin Ahmad, Additional Secretary, Cabinet Division; (c) Md. Ashfaqul
Amin Mukut, Deputy Secretary, Cabinet Division; and (d) H. M. Nurul Islam, Senior
Assistant Secretary, Cabinet Division will be borne from the concerned revenue
budget of 2016-17 of the Cabinet Division;
(e)

-02(f) They will leave Dhaka for New Zealandand Australia on 03rd April 2017 or on a
nearest possible date and will return to Dhaka on 09 April 2017 or on a nearest
possible date; and
(g) After completing the study tour, they

will submit a report to the Cabinet Division.
