which we are seeking your support. Emily Cook, a 11 year old girl who lives in Alta Sierra, was diagnosed in 2013 with a
rare autoimmune disease called Wegner's GPA. Emily underwent chemotherapy treatments for 6 months, which has put
the disease in remission, but the disease caused serious kidney damage and Emily will, therefore, need a transplant. Her
family and friends are trying to raise the funds necessary cover the initial costs involved with the transplant beyond health
