Partner Benefit Guide
Overview
You will receive 25% discount off regular-priced adidas products purchased at participating adidas stores in Singapore, subject to a
$500 spend limit (before discount, including GST) per calendar year. This includes adidas footwear, apparel, accessories and
miCoach fitness monitors^.
adidas is a leader in the sporting goods industry and offers a broad portfolio of products including sports footwear, apparel and
accessories.
Who may use the adidas Benefit?
All AIA Vitality members qualify for this Benefit.
If you are a member of the adidas Three Stripes program, you will need to choose whether you want your reward and discount from
the adidas Three Stripes program, or the AIA Vitality discount.
About the adidas Benefit
All AIA Vitality members will have access to a 25% discount on non-sale and non-promotional adidas footwear, clothing and
accessories, and miCoach fitness monitors^ available at participating adidas stores in Singapore. The discount is limited to a total
spend limit of $500 (before discount, including GST) in a calendar year (1 January to 31 December).
Watches, sunglasses, gym equipment, stereo devices, selected Boost footwear, adidas Gift Vouchers and Signature ranges by
Jeremy Scott, Kazuki and Bedwin do not qualify for the discount.
How does the adidas Benefit work?
Step 1: Visit a participating adidas store
Select your purchases at a participating adidas store.
Step 2: Present your AIA Vitality membership card
The cashier will scan the barcode on your AIA Vitality membership card.
Step 3: Pay a discounted price for your purchases

You can now pay for the items purchased and receive 25% off, subject to a $500 limit (before discount, including GST) in a calendar
year. You will be able to track your available spend limit by logging onto AIAVitality.com.sg
Here are examples of how the Benefit works:
Example 1
Joyce makes purchase of regular priced items totalling $200 (including GST). As this is her first purchase for the year, she receives
$50 off at the point of sale. Her remaining limit is now $300 (including GST) for the year.
Example 2:
Joyce makes a subsequent purchase totalling $500 (including GST). This transaction does not qualify as it exceeds the remaining
limit for the year. Joyce decides to put some items aside such that the total purchase will equal to $300 (including GST). She then
receives a $75 discount on this transaction. Her limit for the year has now been exhausted.

Important points to remember

Discount applies only on regular priced items purchased at participating adidas stores in Singapore. Sale and
promotional items are excluded.

Discount is not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts/promotions offered at adidas stores, including adidas
Three Stripes program. The discount is only for regular-priced items at selected adidas outlets. Sale and promotional
items are excluded. Watches, sunglasses, gym equipment, stereo devices, selected Boost footwear, adidas Gift
Vouchers and Signature ranges by Jeremy Scott, Kazuki and Bedwin do not qualify for the discount.

Discount is not valid for purchases made online.

There will be no AIA Vitality Points awarded for the purchase of adidas products. You may however earn AIA Vitality
Points for your workout using the adidas miCoach fitness device. Please see adidas miCoach Benefit Guide for more
details.

Once the total spend limit of $500 per calendar year (before discount, including GST) is reached, there will be no AIA
Vitality discount applied to any other purchases.

If you purchase one item that exceeds the total spend limit of $500 (including GST), you may not receive the 25%
discount.

The $500 spend limit is per calendar year and not your membership year. For example: if you sign up to AIA Vitality on 1 st
July, you will have 6 months (by 31st Dec) to utilize this Benefit.

Your entitlement to, and enjoyment of, this Benefit is subject to the rules herein and the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions
(see www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/terms_and_conditions). In the event of any conflict between this Benefit
Guide and the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions, the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

By making purchases at participating adidas stores in Singapore at the 25% discount under this Benefit, you acknowledge
that you have read these rules, the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions (see
www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/terms_and_conditions), including the disclaimers below, and that you accept and
will be bound by the terms hereof.

In the event of dispute, the decision of AIA Singapore and adidas shall be final.

Selected Boost footwear that qualifies for the discount includes Revenergy Boost, Response Boost, Boston Boost, Sonic
Boost, CC Cosmic Boost and Gazelle Boost.
