Facebook
Online Booking functions as a widget - meaning you
yo can drop it into a
web page and your Facebook timeline. It is the easiest way to make the
most of your business online.
Theme
You can create an additional theme specifically for Facebook. By default
all of the themes have a black background color and you may want to
change it to white since most Facebook pages have a white background.

1. Login to SalonBiz Central.
2. From the Admin drop down menu, go to Online Booking and then
click Theme Builder.
3. Click the New Theme button and then enter a name for your theme.
4. Click on the color boxes to customize the display of your Online
Booking screen.
5. Click the Background color box and move the color selector to white.
6. Click off the color box to see the change, the Theme Builder screen
will mimic what you will see in the Online Booking screen.
7. Click the Save Theme button to save the theme you created.
8. Once your theme is saved, you will see it listed on the themes page.
You can access it at any time to make edits.
9. To obtain the code to use for your Facebook click the Embed HTML
link. Then, copy the entire text and paste it into the app page on
your Facebook Timeline.
Facebook App
1. Login to your Facebook as an administrator of your page (must be
your business timeline not a personal profile page).

2. Open a new tab and copy and paste this link into the address bar:

3. Click the Add Static HTML to a Page button.
4. You will see a confirmation screen, click the Add Static HTML: iframe
ifr
tabs button.
5. You will automatically see your main timeline page and can adjust
your app button as necessary.

App Button
1. From your Facebook page, click to expand to see all of your available
apps.
2. Hover over the button and click the Pencil icon in the upper right
hand corner.
3. Click Edit Settings.
4. From the Profile settings, you can adjust the tab name and image.
Click the Change link to upload a custom image. You can upload a
JPG, GIF, or PNG file. If the image is larger than 111x74
111x7 pixels, it will
be resized and converted. File size limit is 5MB. If your upload does
not work try a smaller picture. Click the Okay button when you are
finished.
5. You can also swap positions with apps so that your booking app is in
a prominent place.
6. With your apps in the expand view, hover
over over your Online Booking
app and click the pencil icon that appears. Choose the app you'd
like to swap into that spot from the menu.
7. Although you can't move the photos app, which will always appear
first, we recommend that you
ou swap positions so that your Online
Booking app appears on the top row.
Inserting the Code
1. Click the App button and paste the HTML code from your Theme
Builder into the Public Content window.
2. Click the save changes button.
3. Click the Preview button to verify the code.
