Winemaker’s Notes
A blend of 64% Pinot Gris, 13% Viognier, 9% Chardonnay, 7% Riesling and
7% Gewurztraminer. A cold stabilized sopped fermentation results in a
light, lower alcohol style, with the unfermented grape sugar balancing
the natural acidity.

This wine was designed to be supremely versatile and friendly in any
situation. Goes superbly with mussels, halibut, grilled chicken, sushi,
Alfredo sauce or simply chilled and sipped on the patio
