Kettlebell Training:
The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight (resembling a cannonball
with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine
cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. David & Chris’s
class will build strength and endurance, particularly in the back,
buttocks, legs and shoulders.
Abs Blast:
Adam’s and Becky’s Abs Blast Class is a short, high intensity,
15 minute work out that targets that area that we all want slim.
X-Fit Core:
12.00-12.30

Our Capoeira Master Rod’s X-Fit Core class is a high energy
class that focuses on functional full body movement to build
stamina, increase core strength, tone your abs and improve
your posture.
Indoor Cycling:
Chris
Indoor cycling classes are performed on our virtual MY-RIDE
bikes and lead by our enthusiastic trainers who will focus on
endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.
Body Conditioning:
Body conditioning will help you shape up and tone up your
muscles using low weights with high repetitions and is great for
muscle definition and strength. In David Youlden’s body
conditioning classes he uses a variety of weights including
dumb bells and medicine balls as well as body weight
exercises.
Hoe Run:
Join Adam Mallard as he takes you through an enthusiastic
workout, either on a scenic run through the hoe or a focussed
interval session on our treadmills if the English weather
defeat’s us.
Workshops:
Your chance to join in with one of our specific workshop’s be it
weight loss specific with Ryan or getting Paul to check your
technique.
Therapy Clinic Q & A:
Any injuries or slight niggles? Come and speak to Becky and
she will give you some expert advice.
