Air Differential Pressure Switches
Description
The 930 Series Air Differential Pressure Switches from Titan Products are designed to
offer a switched output dependent on the air differential within duct or fan coil applications.
The switches are designed to be used to raise alarms in pressure applications, indicate
when fan filters require maintenance or changing and prove the fan status.
Each switch has a switching set point located under the cover which is fully adjustable for
the selected range with the unit offering a close switching differential across the sensor
range.
All pressure switches are supplied complete with an installation kit which include 2 x duct
pilots, fixing screws and tubing.

Installation:
1) Ensure power is disconnected before working on the pressure switches.
2) Using the supplied fixing screws and being careful not to over tighten, fix the pressure switch to a
suitable flat surface with the pressure connections pointing down.
3) Remove the cover that is fixed in place by the one screw at the top of the unit.
4) Connect the terminal spades as required for your application and select the switching point on the
adjustable set point knob.
5) Re-fit the cover and secure using the same single screw.
6) Fit supplied tubing on to the P1 (positive pressure) and / or P2 (negative pressure) ports. Fit to
both P1 and P2 for differential switching.
Notes:
Please only mount the pressure switches horizontally if no condensation can form.
Please do not blow down the pressure ports. This can damage the unit when subject to excess pressure.
