3. If the power box doesn’t display green light when press remote controller,
what’s the reason and how to deal with it?
A. Pls check the battery of remote controller, it maybe have no power, you need to
change another battery.
B. Pls take apart the motor box cover and check if the motor works. If the motor
doesn’t work, pls contact us for part replacement.
4. If the power LED doesn’t display green light when connect to power, what’s
the reason and how to deal with it?
Pls use a multimeter to test the output voltage of the power box and check if there is
any output power. If there is no output, pls contact us for part replacement.
