March 2014: “Divine Transformation!”
Pastoral Exhotation…. Romans 12:2
Transformed by Grace The word transformation could be defined as a marked change in form, nature, or appearance.
It could either be a positive or a negative change but once it is a divine transformation it means it will be positive
because every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with
whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. God is set to transform a life divinely in this month of
marching forward in Jesus name. Amen. Grace is unmerited favor. This means that it is not really about what you do or
you don’t do but by the mercies of God.
We are trusting God that God’s mercies will single us out this month for a divine positive transformation in Jesus name.
Amen. Our names shall be changed and we shall say like the Psalmist in Psalm 126 vs 1: “When the Lord turned
again the captivity of Zion we were like them that dream”.
Our change will be so drastic that even the unbelievers will testify concerning the goodness of God in our lives. Our
mouths will be filled with laughter and our tongue with singing.
In Luke 5 vs 1-11, Jesus saw two ships but by grace he chose Peter’s ship for a net breaking transformation. A man that
had toiled all night and caught nothing in a few minutes had to send for help to avoid his ship sinking by virtue of the
draught.
Why Peter’s ship? It was just grace that spoke for him. That same grace is available this month and that grace will surely
speak for each and every one of us this month in Jesus name. Amen.
What is our part? Only believe and do what He says you should do.
Heb 11 vs 6: ”But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
May the Lord increase our faith this month in Jesus name. Amen!
