Buy solid color coordinating folders and book cover. This way you’ll know everything red in your locker is for English, everything blue in your locker is for Math, everything green in your locker is for Science, etc. When things match it’s easier to find! 2. Buy durable folders – Ones that will last the ENTIRE school year without ripping or breaking when they are being moved around from your locker to your backpack to class. Paper folders even the laminated ones, don’t last very long! 3. Buy four 5 subject spiral notebooks and use one for each quarter. Designate each section of your spiral for a specific subject. That way at the beginning of a new quarter you can start fresh with a new notebook. This way it’s quick and easy to find info for tests and homework. When you throw it in your book bag at the end of the day you’ll have all of your notes and assignments for every subject! 4. Buy a durable plastic pencil bag to keep pencils, pens, highlighters and your calculator in. This way you only have to grab the bag at out of your locker and your set for class!
