I am Kumaran, Presently residing at No.3/5, 24 th East Cross Road, Gandhinagar,
Vellore 6, Tamil Nadu my own house. I have family blessed with two kids. My wife
K.Kalpana and my son K.Sanjay, my daughter K.Nandikka residing at near by area
Velapadi.
I was born in Christian Medical College, vellore on 12th Jan 1977, done my schooling
at Mary Immaculate convent and Dominic Savio.Hr.Sec.School, Tirupattur, Vellore
district. I done my Diploma at NTTF, vellore 6 in sandwich course, now it was closed.
But institute alone running at Katpadi.
I worked as Technical Leader with HCL Technologies for 3.5 years and before
worked with Satyam computers as Project Lead, resigned because of CEO
Ramalinga Raju arrest. Looking for a job for around two years.
Harassment happening on me for past 1.5 years with different mode. Initially it was
started with continuous horning on road behind me not one or two, it was group of
vehicles behind me at main places at vellore from January 2014 to March 2014 until I
come from Velapadi, my Father in law place to Gandhinagar, my mother’s house.
Secondly huge shouts by surrounding people when ever I come out of my house
with threatening words, then telling my inside activities publicly by huge shouts for
some months from House No.12/28, 25th East Cross Road and No.4/6, 24th East
Cross Road, by ladies, supported by group of men. Now, Provoking and telling by
public my inside thoughts , with relatives names and compelling for Prostitution ( Sex
tortures ) by raised penis. Also to do crimes on Public by even Physical Tortures like
pennis raising ( more often while sleeping ) , dysentry, caugh, pinching whole body
by pin like pains, Shivering, Panic feelings, Heart beat sudden raise, Angry and
irritation feelings ( often ), itching, etc,. with shouts, according to the above tortures
by surrounding residents even from road; threatenings for further body ailments,
suicide and murder.
Harassments from January 2015 which I published at www. Localcircles.com,
Transform India with Modi, under Rajendra Pratap Gupta circle. I captured all the
harassments happened day to day, on said portal.
Harassment Sequences started with simple teasing at me from next house Christian
lady who was worked as teacher at Auxilium House No.4/6,24th East Cross
Road,Gandhinagar, TN23 BC 7905 her son vehicle number, to attempt murder
inside my house with group of people by residents, House No.2, Sundramoorthy (
TN23 J 8309, his vehicle ), says bus conductor ; said involved persons are their
tenants ( TN23 H 8471, TN23 AM 1067 ) to POLICE according to my complaint to
Viruthampattu POLICE station, on that gang murder attempt on me. POLICE
concluded that incident was not happened and till today all the harassment which
was happening 24x7 all around my house publicly with huge shouts, groups and
road side meetings, beatings, threatening, tortures was not happened. This is our
Indian Judicial System, which was followed at Auxilium college surroundings. For all
the happened and happening, also future crimes on me would be the persons who
resides at above said address of my neighbourhoods.
While doing pooja in my house, and to Tulasi plant at my garden, huge bad
comments around 10 boys and some ladies voice to disturb our pooja from House
No.12/28,25th East Cross Road, the house behind No.4/6, they too Christians , these
two houses started and created a big chaos in public and the mass harassment upto
attempt murder by gang inside my house on me. Before 1 year I told to these people
not to do these kind of bad comments on me and Hindu God, publicly by huge voice,
this will affect our Tamil culture, Also I told the house residents, who allows college
students to do bad comments about my inside activities, these too will affect our area
safety and my family safety. They never listen and done more harassment publicly to
spoil my good name and reputation in public. To do crime on me.
While operating computer they publicly say the bank passwords and other
passwords by huge shouts. Even the contents which read on the computer desktop.
This creates more in securable for me.
Hence, My family too, even my children afraid to live in this Physyco society.
I resigned from HCL Technologies because of the harassment and came here at
Gandhinagar, Vellore 6. On the year 2013 March, the complaint by me on the
neighbourhood Antony Jayaraj and his family, who threatened that they will murder
with weapons, to Viruthampattu POLICE station is existing and they vacated the
house as POLICE said. The complaint I given to Mr.Ganesan, constable and
Mr.Sasikumar SI, addressed and written.

I am Kumaran living in 3/5, 24th cross road, gandhinagar, vellore, Tamil Nadu
632006 with my family two kids. Cristian community who lives aound my house and
their supporters are creating huge problem to me and my family.
They are destroying the hindu's faith while making Hindu pujas and listening to the
holly songs inside my house using bad words. They are saying their Cristian
community ( Ego centric ), college Auxilim , hospital Cristian Medical College ( CMC
) by giving huge trouble continuously (24x7) to me and to public. They are
threatening me by saying to the public about what I am thinking inside ( like cricket
commentary, by huge shouts ) , looking inside my property when my doors are shut
( neighbours ) and my dreams , which is happening inside and outside my house.
This is a big problem around me. I last my job because of their activity against me (
Hindu ). This was happened silently for some years ( without my knowledge ) and for
past 1 year they are creating biggest problem around me to say simply vacate my
own house. They are publicly announcing that nobody will come and rescue me
even the ruling party office and police station is very near to me.
Emphasis and cause of the serious problem which I can realise is ''Here local people
are beliving me as a goddess ANGALA PARAMESHWARI, and saying me as
'AMMA' ''. This true to my knowledge and living beings around me are supporting me
very much.
Now I am suffering without job and they are not even allowing me to operate my
computer ( when I am looking for my job) by just telling what I am reading, typing.
Disclosing my bank passwords and all my operating passwords even 'local circle'
passwords publicly. This seems to be motivating the public to do 'CRIME' against
me. Even now they keenly watching me and commenting publicly my inputs to you .
This harassment is happening for past few months. I tried to stop them orally by
communicating to them initially ( when my 2 Cristian neighbourhoods started ) not to
take this weapon which was beyond our normal human capabilities. ' This should not
use for destroying other religion persons like me. This will lead to serious chaos
among the public and to your religion. This will create a huge chaos to the public,
culture and to the government '. This is unbelievable and big threatening to
upcoming days to me, my family and our country. They are openly (publicly)
commenting, announcing that I need to fuck the cristian prostitute ( Auxilium school
retired teacher and Ex counsellor 'Kangayanellore' Antony Jayaraj family ladies) who
is my neighbourhood and encouraging this type of culture, doing so ( which was big
threatening to our culture) the problem happening around me,even where ever I go
will be resolved automatically. Otherwise I will be killed slowly by this harassment.
The police complaint against Antony jayaraj and their family is existing in near by
police station. Police too are not carring about this huge problem and confusion to
the public created by them. Here localities around me are very much supporting to
them where I cannot raise my voice.
They publicly disclosing that all the problems mentally (saying my present thoughts
and looking my activity inside my house where doors are closed) and physically (
They are torturing like billy, soonyam) They are raising my pennis without my
controllable consciousness by sitting next to house, announcing ''fuck the cristian
prostitute'' , publicly. The people too, who lives around are able to tell the thoughts,
dream and seeing the activities (thinks) in side my house by sitting remotely. which I
too cannot believable this leads to end up with AIDS Virus. The above said action
was captured in my camera at that time. Even at that time people lives around me
are saying to think my relatives which are considered to me as sisters and mothers
and not to capture in my camera. This is happening publicly in and around my
area.This I cannot even able to complaint or tell to anyone which was happening
above our sixth sense ( Immagination beyond our human capabilities ).
The Auxilium college students are residing inside the campus building and
supporting the culprit people outside the campus by just saying this is supporting and
guiding by Cristian Medical College.They are residing far away ( can audible their
shout ) from my house and supporting the culprits.
Before this utter mental and physical harassment, these people tortured me orally (
by shouting on me with bad words )past one year. Resulting when I came out of
the public building premises on sunday , ( District Industrial Centre 'DIC' ) the person
who resided into the building, took my bike key and called the local people created
the fight by just create a problem and called the local police. The police too not
enquired properly and created a huge bad impression on me to the public. Hence I
got beaten by the local people in my living area.
They are comparing this problematic culture to BPO/ITES/IT. Specifically my
Corporate HCL Technologies ( Solinganallur, Navalur Chennai ) where I worked
before 2 years which I am not able to realise at that time. I resigned myself because
of their harassment against me. This was noticed by my Director and he suggested
to resign immediately which he felt too bad about the harassment on me when he
was resigned from HCL Technologies.
This is my problem where this will lead to big chaos to the public later. Already in
Vellore, Tamil nadu the chaos started. When I go to markets and shops people
started to say my running thoughts inside me which I didn't disclosed by my mouth.
For this reason I am not able to go to the market places and shop to buy my frequent
necessary things even my tablets ( Diabetic ). Even these people knows that I am
suffering from diabetic disease for past 7 years.
Because of this reason my family is not able to stay with me. I am alone and getting
huge harassment by these people mentally, physically and sexually. The people who
are coming to my house as guest also affected and get threatening by them.

On above Email complaint, viruthampattu POLICE action; which I mailed to
Superintend of POLICE Vellore:
Respected Sir / Madam,
I am Kumaran , Residing at 3/5, 24th East Cross Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore 632
006. I complained my harassment happening around my house on me to respected
Collector and Honourable Chief Minister Cell mail IDs months before.
Unfortunately my Yahoo account got inactive for 2 weeks. So I created new account
in Yahoo to send this mail.
On 11th May 2015, My tenant called me that 2 POLICE from Viruthampattu POLICE
station named Mr.Sampath and C.Rajesh kumar came, then they gave Petition from
Chief Minister to enquire about my online complaint to me.
While reading he keep on disturbing me and I told politely that I complete reading.
Then Mr.Rajeshkumar asked me why you are reading it, you don't know what you
complaint ?
I answered, Eventhough I complained, let me finish reading.
Suddenly the Trouble maker ' Auxilium retired teacher ' ( the trouble maker ) from my
next house shouted to them ' Move Immediately '. Mr.Sampath asked me the
document by force to give without reading. I asked him why you gave to me to read ?
Mr.Sampath told that it is not for you, it is for us and we need to submit the report to
collector. I refused to give the document without reading it completely. Mr.Sampth
pushed and dashed me upto my garden and grabbed the document from my
backside where he was infront of me. I was keep on saying I am getting giddiness
while he tried to grab the document forcefully, he never worried about me and went
off. Just now I made call to number 100 and said about this, he requested me to
inform SP.
I look forward getting proper action by my Government.

I done my schooling, Mary Immaculate convent and Dominic Savio Hr.Sec.School
upto 12th Standard. I scored Distric Second on 1992, SSLC Exam. Scored good in
Hr.Sec Public Exam. My father Mr.P.Selvaraj, experied at Christian Medical College,
vellore , while under treatment, because of Diabetic disease, worked as Headmaster
at Government boys High School, when I am 12 years old. Residing at own house
No.2F,Thiru.Vi.Ka.Road, Tirupattur,Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.
Nettur Technical Training Foundation: (NTTF, Kangeyanallore, Vellore)
I was joined on August 1992 and passed out on August 1998 and from Nettur
Technical Training Foundation ; NTTF ( Kangayanallore,Vellore, Tamil Nadu ). One
day selection process happened at Holy cross school, to select 20 members from
whole Tamil Nadu. First semester I scored 5th rank. After this when my instructor
collected Rs.10 from each student, I asked my mother to give this amount, when I
went to my native on week end. This was the issue raised by NTTF Top
management, this was gone bad remark to the instructor Mr. Sivaprakasam and he
started the harassment on me. This continued up to my course completion. The
person who is not able to give Rs.10 from his pocket ( given after the weekend )
when stayed in NTTF hostel, been harassed by NTTF Top Management.
NTTF Industries closed some years back, where I completed my Sandwich Diploma
course. This course is specialised in Tool and Die Making, according to the Industry
business with market. Nettur Technical Training Foundation, diploma technical
training is done within the Industry premises, we the trainees are specialised only for
the industry business for 4 years.
NTTF Selection :
Entrance held at Holly cross school, sathuvacheri, vellore for North Tamilnadu for
about one day from science, maths, aptitude, skills and Final personal interview.
They selected 20 members from whole Tamilnadu including me on May 1994. There
were 5 centers in India for this Diploma in Tool and Die making, Sandwich (4 years )
course.
HCL Technologies : ( Chennai, Bangalore )
I worked as Technical Lead From October 2009 to Feb 2013. This period the
harrasement on me is high at Corporate level. Even I get good name by colleagues
and Managers initially, this slowly changed has harassment. I over came this from
2012 again I started getting good name. Slowly this too changed as harassment and
I left the Job. Till now I am not getting job , even single interview call from the IT
companies.
HCL Technologies Group Manager Mr.Sampath Saravanan own house No.6/8,
located 2 house away from my own house No.3/5,24th East Cross Road,
Gandhinagar, Near Auxilium College, Vellore 6, Tamil Nadu . He and me worked in
same project XEROX, Brilliance, HCL Technologies,Navalur,Chennai. His tenants
here at Gandhinagar too involved in my harassment publicly.
HCL Technologies :
Within HCL Technologies, I completed Management Excellence Academy,
conducted by HCL , Talent Transformation & Intrapreneurship Development team
on September 2010. In this program the team identified me as a ''Leader''.
Six Sigma Green belt certification which I got Dec 2010.
Innovation Award for the months April,May and June 2012.
Went London, for the Xerox, Brilliance project and certified by London HCL
management as Excellent Engineer.
Went Malaysia for Manufacturing conference, held at Flextronics, Malaysia for
Brilliance project on August 2012.
Even in HCL Technologies, the harassment happened on me behalf of whole
campus, mentally and verbally. Because of this reason, I resigned myself on Feb.
2013.
HCL Management at London :
Harassment :
Mr.Suryanarayana Mokkapati, IIT chennai, was my manager at bangalore,
Bommanahalli, location. Even I worked hard and got good name from TRW client,
their no recognition from him and continuously made harassing within my team first
and infront of employees, even I was recruited as Technical Lead cader, I worked
individualy as engineer.
Because of this I changed my location to chennai, at chennai Mr.Saravanan
sampath, who studied in Don Bosco Hr.Sec.School, Gandinagar, group manager
initially, not belong to my projects, started harassing me infront of all employees at
Ambattur, Sholinganallore and Navalur loacations. They break the good relations
within team first and start harassing infront of all employees, so that we should be in
dippression stage always, even management know I have family with two kids;
taking treatment for ''Diabetic'' disease; I owned house at Electronic city, purchased
while working HCL Technologies, Bommanhalli, paying monthly loan. Later I came
to know that he owns house, here at Gandhinagar, house no. 6/8, 24th East Cross
Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore 632006, 2 houses away from my house. The tenants
who stays in his house also vigerously harassing me, from ; when I worked in HCL
Technologies, and on weekends, when I come to Gandhinagar with my family.
Above harassment at HCL Technologies happened, even I complained all these to
top management, regularly, when ever happens, personally, by phone and by mails.
Finally Mr.Amit Dasthagir, HCL technologies, Director Xerox Brilliance project, my
project, who resigned and about to releave from HCL Technologies,offten says
''Don't harass Kumaran'' to management, adviced me to resign from HCL
Technologies, and same he conveyed to my Manager. I resigned from my job on
December 2012 with 3 months notice period.
Vellore, Tamil Nadu:
1. In society I got good name. This slowly started harassing by continuous horning
sound behind me by some vehicles then changed to almost all the vehicles behind
me for about six months were ever I go in the town. 2. Family problem sarted. Now I
seperated ( time being )from Family. 3. I keep going to Malayanoor Angala Eshwari
Temple, I got blessing from Angalaeshwari and people started calling me 'Amma'.
4.Police complaint , wantedly given by Auto stand autodrivers ( near by ) and District
Industrial Center workers ( 2 person, Gopal as he said to POLICE ) just entered
and cameout of the office premisses on sunday. Police not enquired me anything,
just started taking me to nearby policestation and just making me stand about 2
hours and taken me to my house and just seeing my RC and again taken me the
police station and left me simply. 5. The next day Roudies in the Industrial zone
belong to DIC, teasing me while passing the road and stoped my bike and beaten
me. 6. Some days after while riding the bike, suddenly one bike dashed me from
behind. I got heavy injury all round my body. 7. Oral arrassment on me in and around
my house, even sitting house terrace behind my house ( Christians ) keep telling my
inside house activities to public by huge shouts. 8. Telling my running thoughts,
dreams and my inside house activities ( surrounded walls )by loud speakers around
my house residents to public. 9. Mental, Physical and Sexual harrasement ( by
remote )on me continuing ( Christians ).
Note: I came to know these all done by Christians, when they started telling my
provoked thoughts, dreams and inside house activites. I sent mail to Collector and
Honourable Chief Minister cell and publishing in www.LocalCircles.com portal,
‘’Transform India with Modi ‘’. Public should know their cruelty towards other religion
people without any valid reason. I still facing this problem without calling any single
person for help. I myself facing this big brutal harassment and nobody @ vellore
ready to ask this to the culprits. As such this was continuing with the help of POLICE
and ‘’These harassments are usual here’’ with murder threatening ( announing by
themselves to public by neighbour No.4/6, 24th East Cross Road,Gandhinagar,
Auxilium teacher son, TN23 BC 7905 ). ‘’
Vellore Corporation Notice:
On 19-01-2015 when I went and returned from bangalore by bike regarding my job in
my brother's office, I got notice from Vellore corporation which I have the signed
copy from Tax officer. Stating some disputed words and sentence in tamil.
1.below community , 2.No due,but stating there is due from my end. 3.Within 3 days
time I need to pay the pending amount otherwise I will be prosicuted by corporation
law 2008, No.488,169 / 29 and law No. 204 for disconnecting drinking water supply.
Tax No. 690485, Mother's name , but they mentioned my old house number ( No.5 )
not new number (3). Notice given by my tenant at night 2am when I reached my
house.
Even next day morning, when I opened the kitchen window, from the behind
Christian house No.12/28 , 25th East Cross road shouted to see the change in
particular place,the change happened as she said. Some had entered on that day
into my house.
My house No. Is 3/5 , Owner Name my Mother Mrs.R.Kanchana, EB line number
211-014-600. My next house No. Is 3, Owner name is Mrs.R.Amutha, EB line
number is 211-014-580. Both houses new number are same.I mentioned this in my
EB Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum petition ID 506151444118.
My Tenant :
Mr.Narayanan who says as Ex Service men from Army, introduced by localities from
Kangeyanallore that he was non alcoholic person and he is good person. After 2
months he started his supportive activity with the next house Christian lady involving
in my harassment. I requested for the Identity card when the harassment went peak
on me, I found the given identity card by him is duplicate, but i never disclosed my
opinion on this with him yet.
Auxilium college campus Building:
On April, 2014 there were Hoardings about welcoming Honourable Governor of
Tamil Nadu, two times 20 days of gap; on the entrance of Auxilium College and
Auxilium road. For welcoming Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu, huge POLICE
troops were standing both sides of Auxilium road, when I was on the way to my
home after my purchase on the road by bike. Even, one lady POLICE was shouting
at me something, when I crossed Auxilium college.
The students and management who resides inside the isolated building inside the
campus building, motivate the harassment on me publicly by huge voice. Even the
management with christian 'MOTHER' dress who went from the building, when I
came to balcony shouted ' Come that side and I will beat ' , I think, I shouldn't see
them while they moved to college building from this isolated building.
The said retired teacher from Auxilium, who resides next to my house no.4/6, 24th
East Cross Road, Gandhinagar; started this harassment just by throwing stones on
my house building, even while my family was stayed with me and while working at
HCL Technologies. On April 2014, when I was walking morning and evening inside
my compound for my diabetic control, she teased very badly for some days, for that
reason I started walking on the road. Even on road, she used to send some localities
to tease me badly at morning ( 6 am ) and evening ( 4.30 to 5 pm ). She never allows
me to sit and do regular activities ( cooking, sleeping, toilet ) inside my house, she
use teasing words and bad words at me on those days. She conveys wrong
messages about me to my mother often. For this reason my mother came two times
here all the way from Tirupattur at her older age, mentioning that above said lady
complained by phone. Later my mother switch off the phone while she makes call.
Now the wrong messages about me were conveyed by house no.2, other side next
house, who says Sundramoorthy, TN bus conductor and doctor Narayanan’s father
next to this conductor’s house. For these two houses there was no house number
written, as visible to public.
2 months back, the lady was standing infront of her house no.4/6, when I was
coming to my house by bike on road; with gesture and words, she was calling me to
her house. I was frightened by her action that day.
My childwood days, when I come to this house for school holidays, my grandmother
Mrs.Jayalakshmi and my grandfather Mr.Ramaswamy, used to complaint about this
next house Christian lady to me. She always have fight with my grandmother. I too
noticed this when it went very bad, when my grandfather not available at house. May
be the same, which does on me now. Because of this Christian lady my grandmother
and grandfather have fights regularly from my childwood days.
When ever I and my family make pooja inside my house she and her behind house
residents criticise badly on God and Goddess. When I listen holy songs, they never
make me to listen the songs by rudely criticising Hindu God and Goddess, also
teasing me by using bad words.
They even sent people to disturb me and threaten me in public, on road, while going
to Vellore fort Jalakandeshwar temple, regularly on Saturdays at 4.30 pm, near the
Sacred heart church, which locates inside the Auxilium premises and the CSI church
on the other side; while working at HCL Technologies and when my family were with
me at Gandhinagar.
My computer IP address conflict:
My yahoo ID ( mail ) which worked for more than 18 years suddenly blocked by
Yahoo, where I cannot retreive my code given by yahoo @ hotmail which was now
changed to outlook.com.For this reason I was keep on trying for finding some
solution to retrieve my yahoo mail for 1 week. Till now I am not able to find solution
even yahoo help team which lasting for 18 years. I noticed IP Address conflict note
pops up when I am operating my system. The Local area connection in my network
says it is two. I notified to customer care, below is there responce;
Vodafone customer service: On 14052015 at afternoon from 2.30 pm I was
vunerabely annoyed by vodafone customer service ( 18001201111 ) for 1 hour,
which I about to complaint about my IP address conflict with another computer and
net speed which I get @ my locality.Even the decision given by Customer service
officer, the vodafone officer from coimbatore +9114227166000 called me and asked
we are from GPRS team and we need to know the complaint which you given now to
the Vodafone customer service, I end up the call.
I checked the bill for April 2015 month which I got. It was very shocking. Even I never
used more than 20% of the plan which I avail. For 6 months the amount which I
receive is not correct. The amount was Rs.652, I never get this bill even my regular
call period. I call the customer service and asked to check the bill today. But the
reply was not faithful. They told they will call back once the check again, but till now I
never get the feedback. April 2014 bill amount was Rs.224.51.
Township Cable Network:
I asked the cable operators to repair the fault observed by me in my cable network.
They say they will rectify the problem within half an hour where the office is very near
by. This was continued for more than 4 months, but they collect the money. When I
told clearly I will not give money without the problem addressed by them. They
disconnected the connection immediately without notice. After requesting them by
visiting TCN office and by phone they ( 3 persons by bike ) came after 3 months and
even I said I will give money as they demanded to give connection, they ran away
without hearing my words. My wife spoke the incident to the TCN office, after some
days person came that he will give connection and entered my house and told he will
bring the tools, 1 month over till that person never gave the connection. The owner
never disclose his name and asking me why I required that, even for more than 6
months connection was disconnected.
The below shown persons are TCN workers.
Traffic POLICE :
The person who stays House No.5, next to TN23 BC 7905 house says he is the
traffic police and I seen him controlling the traffic with Traffic SI dress, near Auxilium
college. His vehicle number TN23 AA 9180. When he came for rent on that house,
one whole night Government vehicle with POLICE sticker parked infront of that
house, I just enquired about that to him, while he was coming out of House No.4/6,
he was very furious to me and told he was traffic POLICE at Katpadi road, VIT
junction and his name was Mr.Sasikumar and he asked my name about my house
and my occupation when I was working with HCL Technologies, this happened after
my complaint on Antony Jayaraj to Viruthampattu POLICE station. Also the lady who
stays with him also says she is POLICE and shouts ‘’Come to POLICE station’’
often. Her vehicle number is TN23 AJ 3229. Their Owner doctor Narayanan’s father,
who purchased that house for Rupees 70 Lakhs ( voluntarily conveyed me while I
was entering into my house to park my car ), also stays other side to my house same
street, his vehicle number is TN23 AH 3584, TN23 BD 0979, TN23 H 5595.The
same lady ( Frod police ) gave water to the person who parked the vehicle TN23 BJ
2442 ( keep on roaming inside Auxilium college compound ) before my gate, who
was the owner for the business running my next house ( Antony Jayaraj stayed
house and my uncle Arul house ) and started drinking liquor, when I came to my
balcony I seen him and asked him to drink where the area without houses ( this
happened 2 months before ). After 1 month he was standing inside this police house
No.5, same street, drinking alcohol with this Frod police near their gate.
I was get accident when I was waiting to cross the road on my bike, the bike which
was raisen by huge noise a furlong behind me, hit directly on me. I was injured very
seriously, a year before. The person told he was a VIT student and he is from
Thorapadi, Vellore. This was happened near VIT and the other way to
Kangeyanallore from VIT university.
Misusing Public Transport:
Here at Kangeyanallore, the root bus 1G and 2G service is very poor. The bus timing
also not according to the public service timings. The buses at a time 3 to 4 buses go
to Katpadi railway station and after 4 to 5 hours some buses one after one 2 to 3
buses go to bagayam. Also they stop the buses at the house, next to my house,
No.2, 24th East Cross Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore 6, near Auxilium and chit chat
with the person Sundramoorthy, who says he was a conductor. I never seen him in
the conductor uniform here at my house area, but I seen him once,issuing tickets at
Coimbedu outstation bus terminal to vellore passengers in conductor uniform, when I
come from chennai to vellore regularly on weekends.
He creates huge problem to me, may be this also one reason. His house residents
entered my house for attacking me, when I complained to POLICE he cleared the
issues by making Chennai POLICE speaking to the local POLICE. I mailed this to
Vellore SP, made phone call on 16th May and even I met DSP Katpadi on this issue.
He makes phone call to my mother, giving false information on me to bring chaos
within family. He misuses POLICE name for the complaints on me.
Even some chennai and Bangalore buses Tamil Nadu as well as Bangalore,
Karnataka bus 444 passes this way.
I made above said misuse of public transport in Tamil Nadu Transport complaint
board website.
Trying to change our good thoughts to Beast thoughts:
Mahatma Gandhiji's statement '1000 Criminals can be punished, but one

These group of people trying changing our human being mind to terrorist mind by 24
hrs ( 24x7 ) brain wash and mesmerism by giving mental and physical Tortures

Goddess. While taking bath these people comment on us , by saying bad words and
even when we go toilet with huge shouts as public ear. While cooking, they comment
very bad and use bad words so that we shouldn’t cook to eat. While sleeping they
disturb and harass very worst so that we never get sleep for whole night and this will
continue next day too, by 24x7 harassment every day. All surroundings involved in
this. They say ‘ THIS HAPPENINGS IS USUAL HERE ‘ Fuck the prostitute or Die or
else go and beat the roadside commuters and do crimes to public, hence, then and
there our all the problems will come to end on you.
Provoking thoughts:
The other way of communication by these group is provoking thoughts, which is
happening inside our body. The thoughts was provoked and created by some source
to us and to these group of people. These people shouts the provoked thoughts with
huge noise which was audible and nonsense to public. The provoked thoughts all will
be about bad sex, bad words and crimes. These people by 24 hours force us to tell
those thoughts and force to do action according to that provoked thoughts. When
they shout publicly we feel awkward and we surrender to them and start doing the
crimes as per their order. By this way they change our good thoughts to terrorist
thoughts against our culture and country; slowly thoughts to action against our
culture and country ’Human beings to beast’’.
This was happening on me for more than one year, also I complained to Honourable
Chief Minister cell by mail and online. Started on me with sound horns behind my
vehicle by group of vehicles; teasing by bad words and telling my inside activities by
huge shouts ; Publicly announcing they were telling my thoughts by huge shouts by
24 hours ; Publicly shouting Provoked thoughts with physical tortures ; Forcing family
to separate me within my family ; Beatings publicly ; Attempting murder by group of
people entering into my house ; Forcing and motivating public to do crime against

threatening for diseases and body ailments ; Murder threatenings by these group of

Respected Madam,
Regarding, which I called your mobile number yesterday @ 8.20 pm to complaint
about the beaten by group on me @ my inside house.
When I was standing @ balcony the next house who reported to local POLICE his
name sundramoorthy the Conductor, house No. 2 , 24th East cross Road, Gandhi
nagar, scolded me bad words looking @ me. When I asked you scolding bad words
at me without any reason. He was still shouting that I need to step down at my gate. I
went to the gate, suddenly he was telling that why you grabed the ladies sary inside
his house. I was freitened mean while he holded my shirt on the road and beaten,
when I tried to move inside immediately, again 2 to 3 people from his house came
and pushed me inside my house by holding my neck and supported my body on the
inside compound wall and beaten me severly and went.
I went immediately to the Viruthampattu POLICE station and informed about the
crucially beaten insident on me to POLICE. 4 POLICE came by bike and standing
infront of my gate, Sundramoorthy came with mobile number that PC from chennai
need to speak to him, POLICE confirmed me that nothing was happen ( as per
Sundramoorthy statement ). Sundramoorthy confirmed that those roudies are their
tennants. He told to POLICE here after this will not happen and now which I
complained was not happened, even around 15 people are watching who came from
Kangeyanallore. My tenant told to POLICE that those people came inside when I (
Kumaran ) moved inside immediately, after that he does know what happened to me.
Also my tennant confirmed to POLICE that 2 POLICE came from Viruthamper
POLICE station which I mentioned in above mail. These 4 POLICE told that they will
enquire to the POLICE about the incident and here after the problems by these
roudies ( Some are Christians ) will not happen.

complained to Viruthampattu POLICE station on March 2013, who done the above
mentioned. Keep harassing me as I complaint to the CM cell before. And those
family person C.Othikumar stoped my bike, took my key and beaten me. Even the

I complained this to SP Vellore, She advised me to go to Katpadi DSP office. I went

today (31052015) to enquire about my complaint which was given to him on
17052015 according to DSP Katpadi advice:
Mr.Arunkumar asked me again what is happening and what was the problem to you
to complain to POLICE. I Answered.
He concluded that here after what happened until today on you will never happen
again. If happens again, I can always contact him about the harassment on me. I can
go freely outside. This was told when 4 POLICE came to enquire about my beatings
on 15052015. I can mention, which happened on 26 th 05 2015 night 11 pm by EB
workers after the 4 POLICE concluded for my complaint ‘’attempt murder action on
me’’.
On 17052015, when I was complaining to Mr.Arunkumar SI, he asked about the
completion of the order from CM cell, they informed him that the opposition party is
not mentioned in the complaint. The document was damaged little when I ( Kumaran
) refused to give the document ,to him ( POLICE Sampath ), to complete my reading.

her to Bagayam mental hospital @ Vellore to check thoroughly which was said by
House No.2 to her. I refused because I am alright and this drama by this group will
create big crime against me.
Today I made call to Mr.Babu after my mother's call, and asked whether he made
call to my mother. He told yes I made. I asked what you said to my mother when I

station and enquired about their enquiry on me. Truly, I never made call to my

government officials. Still the harassment on me is still existing 24 hours daily. I
complained to DSP Katpadi at his office as per SP advice, he directed to

Before, May 13 2015 @ morning, suddenly 2 boys appeared at my door steps from
local area, came as Corporation officers to check the owner name of the house on
the bill,for online tax payment. I am living upstairs. I attached 3 photos along this

gave to me at my house and guided me to speak to Superintend of POLICE.

move out of my house nothing will happen outside as POLICE is friendly to me and
whenever I need I can call their number.
When I was moving out after 2 days, POLICE where standing on the Auxilium road
and saying to me not to go on the road which is passing Auxilium school and college.
This happened 2 days continuously.I never minded that because, I don't have other
route option which is quiker to access the ATM center and medical shop. That too it
is Indian road for public.
Axis Bank Customer Service:
On 14 04 2015 from after 6 pm, the Axis bank customer officer annoyed me for
getting my ATM pin, which worked for some years and suddenly not worked at ATM
center, near Auxilium college. I was trying to enter to my account by giving my
information to automated voice, my date of birth is not accepted. To check my date
of birth to generate my ATM pin through mobile, I was annoyed by the customer
service officer, which he doesn't want to disclose my date of birth, Even I asked to
say correct or wrong when I mentioned my date of birth. Even that he refused.
Finally he accepted to tell my date of birth and which entered before was correct and
after his acceptance, my ATM pin was generated at 7.40 pm.
Severe Threatenings:
Still 24 hours, I am getting severe threatenings ( bad words, prostitution words and
murder ) on road, infront of my house and outside; residents, from around my house,

Threatening to do Suicide, if not they will murder me. The only chance for me is that I
need to fuck the said prostitutes or make crime starting from fighting and beating

year.They severly trying to make me house arrest by doing like this publicly. Even,If I
go only for daily needs, they shouts publicly that there are some people to beat me
and kill me.

vulnerably, more often at nights and nowadays very often at day times, they say this

modified all the EB line wire connections. I thought they were EB workers. After that,
power supply was not available for whole day. Around 10.45 pm, night, around 10
people were working on the same EB connection pole. The bikes were parked
infront of House No.4/6, 24th East cross road, Gandhinagar, Vellore 6.
They were working with only one small torch to connect the EB line wires. The
supply came at 11 pm. After they moved, the power supply was fluctuating on and
off often @ whole night.Morning my inverter shows the EB supply was off, but EB
supply was existing, even the inverter indication fluctuates on and off often as per
the regular indications EB power supply ( which happens before as per EB power
supply ).This is very new to me. 11 am the inverter indication and the EB supply
was OK ( as per the regular indications from both).
This happens often, as I think they are from Electricity Board workers.
Here, at my location ( Near Auxilium college ) often power supply cut happens. My
Electricity connection number 211-014-600. ( House No.3/5 )
My next house ( House No.3 ) connection number 211-014-580.
On 1062015, around 5 pm EB worker Mr.Babu came and asked about the complaint
' Light off ' @ my house, which I given online. I checked who given the complaint, he
said the complaint was from SI vellore, I was confused and asked once again, I
checked the slip what he had, in that my name he doesn't know, house number is
wrong, mobile number too was incorrect. But my mother name and father name is
correct.I never made any online complaint. I asked him to check the EB connection
wires on the pole. He said everything was correct. Suddenly he went to No.4/6, 24th
East Cross Road, my next house Christian lady and given his mobile phone to
speak to complaint escalator Mrs. Malarkodi, JE from Gandhinagar EB office. The
EB worker lost his patient while speaking to her. He modified 4 wires connection on
the pole and went immediately, even I told I check the line after his modified
connection. Here, this is the problem happens frequently on my house EB main wire
connections. We are not sure whether they are from TNEB. I informed this to the
Superintending Engineer, public grievances number 0416-2243121. He got my EB
line number 211-014-600, and he will send AE to enquire about the issue
happening here at my house surrounding on that evening. Till now nobody has
come from TNEB.
Now Inverter indication and EB supply was not proper. It shows as the fluctuations
and low voltage happens.
My next house door Number on wall, also written has No.3 ( 211-014-580 ). This
house EB line passes on the support pole given on my house. I too required to
eliminate this support on my house for the above said house.
I request you to take immediate action.

Today, 10062015 at 9.30am as usual the harassment happened from my
surrounding,whole night on me Physically,mentally and verbaly, I wake up and sat
for not even one minute, I received call from my wife , saying that she received call
from viruthampattu POLICE station complained about me, that '' surrounding ladies
are seducing you regularly at my house surroundings, You use goddess name
Angalaeshwari ''. POLICE complained these to my wife according to my online
complaint. She asked me, ''why you given my number and land line number to
POLICE ?. I said I didn't give. I never given to any number other than my mobile
number, even this I given to Mr.Arunkumar SI, on 17052015 when I given my
complaints at Viruthampattu POLICE station.My wife also used words that '' Why you
giving complaints on her ? ''.
I given complaint to Mr.Arunkumar SI, according to the advice from DSP, Katpadi,
when I went to DSP Katpadi office on 17052015 to give complaint to him, according
to SP advice when I spoke to her through my phone.
My wife K.Kalpana's father T.N.Jayapal,resides at No.96, Pillayar Koil Street,
Velapadi, Vellore 632001, spoke to my mother R.Kanchana by phone,that he will
give complaint on me to POLICE and every body in my family ; on 15052015 when I
got beaten inside my house, by the people who resides at House No.2.This I came
to know from my relatives on next day, I asked my wife on phone regarding this to
confirm which they said. She confirmed ''Yes''. She added that she will give Dowry
complaint on me, even I didn't get any dowry from them, no way for them other than
this complaint.

Yesterday evening, around 5 pm, I went to shop, to purchase. The shop was in the
area were I was informed to Viruthampattu POLICE that I entered the DIC office and
came out on May 2014. The POLICE team was who came to enquire my beaten
compaint on 15052015. The person said his name was Gopal, DIC Senior Officer,
wearing lungy, even in Viruthampattu POLICE Sation, after the enquiry completed by
POLICE. The area and at the shop there were people giving huge threatenings,
verbally in public at me. They were very cruel, when I asked to shop keeper for
''Marie'' biscuit.
Rape crimes :
Night around 1.30 pm, I was waken up by huge sounds from House No.4/6 and No.2
, 24th East Cross Road, asusual, my pennis was errected severly, I thought it will
come to normal, it was lasting for more than half an hour, I took my phone camera
and recorded that, the recording time itself 15 minutes, to come to normal. While I
took my phone, the threatening from that house, not to take vedio.
After that, Sexual harassment by them was very severe, my pennis was raised
frequently, accordingly their comments, forced to do nonsense, Even I was chanting
god, I was in very huge pain untill 6 am because of their sexual harassment on me.
Even they give pinch like pains, if we are not obeying their orders ( audible publicly
from their houses ) for above harassment.
''Above said is main cause of all rape crimes in our India. Family members relations,
if happens when family members are together; Sexual harassment; Adam and eve

Today on 16062015, I was woke up morning, by my wife's call, she, my mother and
my uncle from Vasanthapuram, vellore are coming to my house, without the reason.
They forced me, here at Gandhinagar, to have counselling at Christian Medical
College for mentally retarded. I was shocked. My mother told that this was told by
Mr.Babu, POLICE who came on 31052015 @ my house and said I can go freely
outside, my house is like temple and POLICE is my friend.
Also my mother threatened me I should not complaint the happening which ever
happened and happening here to Honourable Chief Minister cell.
My wife too forced me for counselling, as Viruthampattu POLICE said to her through
phone ; when I asked the name and designation of the POLICE, She changed the
call was from SP vellore office, She raised here voice already to make complaint to
POLICE for Dowry complaint. Now, today she and her father complained to my
native relatives that they selected her daughter, my wife K.Kalpana, for Diseased
person, me Kumaran, marriage.
Finally, my mother conveyed that My father's brother, called her from my native two
days before, that I need to have counselling at Christian Medical College, for this
purpose she came here with my wife to take me to CMC hospital, also my uncle
came along with them to guide in CMC, which doctor and which department. My
mother and wife doesn't know even Doctor and department name in CMC when
they were compelling me for counselling at CMC, VELLORE.
This torture, even by my family now, happening when the House No.2, 24th East
Cross Road, Gandhinagar, my next house, adviced my mother by calling my mother
inside their house , to take me to Bagayam hospital for treatment on 15052015 and
other complaints for about 2 hours, on the day, these residents entered my house to
attempted me for murder.
From April onwards,my surrounding people always shout me as '' Mental '' and by
bad words, when ever I come out of my house. Even I was beaten by them.
Main root cause for all problems ceated by these group of people, is telling my
provoked thoughts and inside house activities publicly by shouts, as comentries 24
hours more than a year, even they are very well know what I typing in my computer
and the places where I am planning to go, outside.
This was went severe when I complained this happenings to Honourable Chief
Minister cell and POLICE.
Because of the Terrorist activities as said in my complaint and the document which I
sent to you, by these group of people, I am in severe Danger, even atpresent. They
started forcing public, family and youngster, even misusing government to do crime
on me for their own purposes.

Endt.No. AEE/DEV/AEI/TI/F.CGRF/petition/15, dt 01.06.2015.From Engineer
S.Saradhambal , VEDO/Katpadi, LR.No.100 , Dt. 10.06.2015; says, Sc.No.211-014600 & 211-014-580 was inspected on 30.05.2015 and the loose connection in the
neutral wire was rectified on the pole. The service connection owner was satisfied
by saying ‘’normal’’.
I attached the photo.
For your reference, I made online complaint on 05062015, for the reason below,
which I already complained in online Petition number 506151444118; I highlighted
below in yellow colour now in this complaint, for your identification, for the person,
who came on 01062015 as EB worker, and modified the wires connection on the
pole and the further problems in my EB connection. ‘’ Which not rectified till to date,

Today, 22062015, 2 people with EB workers uniform worked on line wires on the EB
pole around 10 am. This was happening frequently from 26052015. JE ,gandhinagar
east, not bothering about this when I complained about this wire line changes often
here at my house EB line pole, when she came to my house before.
My family was about to separate me because of my job. They told clearly to me, my
brother and my mother, that because of my job issues, my family is in worst
condition. Even my children school fees, I am not able to contribute on this year. My
wife clearly told she is not willing to live with me and she and her father will give
POLICE complaint on me.
NTTF Industries, here too closed some years back, where I completed my Sandwich
Diploma course. This course is specialised in Tool and Die Making, according to the
Industry business with market. Nettur Technical Training Foundation, diploma
technical training is done within the Industries premises, we the trainees are
specialised only for the industry business for 4 years.
My previous concern HCL Technologies also made harassment on me, because of
the harassment and its fear, I resigned my job.
The House No.4/6 residents already, few months back they threatened me by using
my wife's name and father in laws name, that I need to give Rs.35 lakhs to my wife
and separate the family by myself.
They force me by my family members to go for counselling in CMC hospital and for
treatment in Bagayam hospital for their terrorist actions against me in public, even
local POLICE advising my mother as above said on me without my knowledge.
Even now, the harassment is happening continuously 24 hours, by huge shouts by
using badwords, Harassment mentally and physically, forcing to suicide and murder
threatening by surrounding people. I am in very serious and dangerous condition.

Harassment started already in HCL Technologies behalf of all employees, that I am
in danger :
When my uncle’s residents, next house, where Antony Jayaraj and family stayed
before 2 years, parked their vehicle, which roams frequently inside Auxilium campus,
infront of my gate and started drinking, I stoped him from my balcony, not to drink
infront of my gate. All these residents complained to my Uncle’s wife Mrs.Amutha
Arul, my mother’s sister to tell to my mother that I was commenting badly on the
ladies, who stays House No.2, 24th East Cross Road, infront of their house while
they do Rangoli on street. She never asked me and complained as such what they
said, to my family members. All my family members shouted on me, when, I never
did it, other than I stoped the drunkard . This way the false information on me and
complaints on me went to my family members by all my surrounding people.
This is an added advantage to do Harassment and Crimes on me further. Even they
used POLICE name and Government officials name to create bad impression on me
within my family first and later to Public, thus no body wil come for my rescue and
easier for these people to do above mentioned Terrorist activities on me.
After the beaten incident happened inside my house by the residents No.2, they
called my mother into their house and told to my mother that ‘’ I am mentally
retarded person, so they adviced my mother to take me to Mental hospital which is in
Bagayam, Vellore ; All the people in this town doesn’t required me and I need to
move out of my house and vellore town ; ‘’. All the harassment done by these people
on me and complaining on me and destroying their criminal activities on me, by just
telling ‘’ Nothing was happened and happening here ‘’. The person who says doctor,
named narayanan,stays in the same street, his father last year voluntarily came to
my house, when I am not present in my house, told to my wife ‘’ This house, which I
am staying now, is only for Kumaran, as my mother told to him and other false
information’’. This was conveyed by my wife.
Here they never used their names upto date by all the surrounding people, but all are
co-operated to do above mentioned Terrorist activities on me and even to my
children.
When I go to my father in laws house, at Velapadi,Vellore 632001, there too the
same shoutings was happening in public by surrounding residents. My daughter,
K.Nandikka used to tell huge shoutings was happening around her at Velapadi
house. When she started going to school, these shoutings were reduced. Even when
she comes here at Gandhinagar, she used to complaint about the house no.4/6 to
me, that some people teasing her, when my daughter using the stair case steps. I
too hearing bad words on me, when I use my stair case steps to my house from their
window. My children too are disturbed.
These crimes are happens in public, on public to do crimes, starting from Vaticide
and Homicide and attacking severely for Prolicide and Genocide.
