Carlsbad Make-A-Wish Kid Angelina Has Special Wish Send-Off L to R: Angelina at her “Ice Cream Party” Make-A-Wish Send-Off at Spinal Elements headquarters on August 18, 2015. L to R: Angelina’s Mom Amelia Repetti, brother Luca, sister Gianna, Angelina, and Jason Blain, President, Spinal Elements. Spinal Elements®, Inc., a Carlsbad-based spine technology company, granted a very special wish to 92009 Make-AWish Kid Angelina recently in a Hero themed ceremony. Angelina, age 5, of Carlsbad, got a special Wish Ice Cream Party send-off before her trip to Disney’s Aulani resort in Hawaii, where her wish was to swim in the hotel pools, take surf lessons, meet hula dancers and go on a snorkel cruise! Angelina has stage 3 Neuroblastoma. She lives in Carlsbad with her Mom, Dad, older sister Gianna (10 yrs) and brother Luca (8 yrs). This is the latest of many ongoing donations the local Make-A-Wish San Diego chapter has received because of Spinal Elements’ “Hero Allograft” program, and the fourth local Wish sendoff the company has hosted to date. These donations are made possible by Spinal Elements’ Hero Allograft product and the surgeons and hospitals that have pledged to use it.
