WHAT IS THE PPG? - Kingsclere Medical Practice

THE PATIENT
PARTICIPATION
GROUP
(PPG)
The PPG is the Patient Participation Group
and is made up of a number of volunteers
who are patients of the Kingsclere Medical
Practice
We represent all the patients of the
Kingsclere Medical Practice including those
living in the surrounding villages
The group meets about six times each year and
keeps in regular contact
Our meetings have a friendly but business-like
style
Our group can have up to
12 members
We help communication between practice and
patients
Provide patient feedback to the practice
Help you have your say
Tell us what works and what doesn’t
We meet with other PPG’s in North Hampshire
to learn and develop new ideas that will benefit
both patients and the practice, to help our
understanding of local health needs
We are affiliated to the Nat Assoc for Patient
Participation (N.A.P.P)
Support the practice in providing patients with
information on how to keep healthy
Support both national & local health awareness
campaigns and help patients access up to date
information
If you would like to join us we would very much
like to hear from you
