Rick Ewing explained that these items were placed on the agenda by himself after attending a
Nevada Department ofTrrmsportafion (NDOT) workshop in Itas Vegm and although the Tom

does not have any conkrol o v a mads this is one avenue that the Town can proceed with. The
Farm is submitted to NDNDOT who in nw.will react to the requests and consider them.depending
on their i r e projects and if money is available.

Rick Ewing noted that if the Town Board approves sending these requests they wiIl be sent to
NDOT ibr review. A request will be placed on the County Commissbners agenda requesting
support of these projects as they will impact some o f the crsmty roads as weU. NROT will
cantact the appropriate people in the Comty fbllowhg their review.

moving of the walk buttan which is cu~~mtly
placed on an island and is a clang= for people to
get to it. This is on tha southwest oonrter neat Walgreen. Rick Ewing said he would include llhis
inthe request.
