Synonym Roll Match
I first saw the adorable “synonym roll” bulletin board
idea on Pinterest but was unable to track down the
original source to give proper credit. My modification
was to turn this into a write the room type activity
but it could also be used as a regular center activity.
To use as I did, laminate and cut apart the synonym
rolls and tape them up around the room. Students
walk around with clipboards, reading the words and
determining which synonym it matches on the
recording sheet.
