The values listed below are the lowest grades used for admission for September 2015; grades that are equal to or better
than those listed do not guarantee admission for September 2016. Admission to McGill is competitive and subject to
availability of space. As such, minimum grades for entry may fluctuate up or down in any given year.
The basic admission requirement for French Baccalaureate applicants is the full Baccalaureate (Series L, ES, or S) earned
in “premier groupe” with “mention assez bien.” A maximum of 30 credits of advanced standing may be granted for the
French Baccalaureate Diploma.
