ELLERMAN VILLA
Ellerman Villa is the epitome of self-contained luxury that affords
the ultimate in privacy and fully serviced discretion. The villa is
defined by the contemporary lines of the sun drenched pool deck,
the panoramic ocean views and highly sought after privacy. While
the round-the-clock attentions of a private chef and hospitality team
ensure that Ellerman Villa is the last word in lavish Capetonian
luxury.
Following the form of a conventional home, Ellerman Villa can
only be occupied as a unit – making it an ideal slice of paradise for
a family or group of close friends. Standing independent of, yet
adjacent to Ellerman House, the three-storey Villa has a private
entrance with three spacious bedrooms on the top floor; a middle
floor entertaining area with an expansive deck and heated infinitypool, a separate TV lounge, dining room, study and fully equipped
kitchen; and on the lower floor is the Ellerman Spa with two further
bedrooms and an infinity Spa pool, which can either be included as
part of an expanded five bedroom villa set-up, or included as part of
the hotel inventory of rooms.
One of the beauties of Ellerman Villa is that it is modular and can
be adapted to your group needs. If you only need three bedrooms,
the top two floors are self-contained, and sealed off internally to the
Spa area on the lower floor with an access door and lift that allows
internal access to the spa for Ellerman Villa guests. However, if you
need more space, Ellerman Villa can be expanded to five rooms by
including the two Spa rooms located on the ground floor spa level.
For those seeking the ultimate in pampering, the five bedroom
Ellerman Villa can be taken with exclusive use of the spa: this
includes unlimited spa treatments, and the public areas of the
spa are closed off exclusively for Ellerman Villa guests. Ellerman
House guests can still have spa treatments, accessing the Spa
reception and treatment rooms through a separate entrance. An
internal screen blocks off the Spa Pool, relaxation area or steam
room for exclusive use of Ellerman Villa guests.
The Ellerman Spa invites pure indulgence, sea views and ultramodern facilities. Complete with three treatment rooms, a colour
therapy steam room, large sauna and unique infinity pool - being
pampered has never been quite so luxurious.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Ellerman Villa – 3 suites, operating independently from the House, and privately.
The two spa rooms can be added to the Villa to make for a 5 room exclusive property.
Perched on a promontory in the gardens of Ellerman House from where it has 180-degree sea views, Ellerman Villa takes
full advantage of its breathtaking position with adventurous architectural proportions, minimalist décor and a stunning
art collection.
With high ceilings, massive windows and vast teak decks, it feels as if the ocean is part and parcel of the design. With
its own butler and chef, it has privacy and personal attention built-in exclusively for its guests who have sole use of all
facilities while in residence.
INTERIOR FEATURES
The expansive living area is open plan and flows outdoors.
Windows peel back completely, opening up the lounge, dining
room and study to the magnificent views.
The second bedroom, also with superb views of the sea, is
dominated by a king-size bed, and has a striking Bali-style
bathroom.
A separate entertainment room, with flat screen plasma television
and huge selection of DVDs and CDs leads into a high-tech
stainless steel kitchen, fully stocked with delicacies from the best
gourmet stores.
The third bedroom, on the south side of the Villa, looks on to the
Twelve Apostles Mountains and has two single beds, both draped
in plush burgundy and pale gold – all rooms can be converted into
king or twin beds.
The Villa’s three bedrooms are at the top of the house and are
accessed either by lift or stairs. Each has a Hollywood-style
bathroom with Travertine marble, spacious bath and shower,
infinity mirrors, and is stocked with superior bathing products.
The ladies’ study - stocked with a library of books and all the latest
magazines - has a single divan, which can be used for relaxing
while reading. (On request, this room can also be converted to a
4th bedroom for a nanny).
The main bedroom, with king-size bed, is decorated in aqua and
cool creams, and is defined by a bathroom that opens out on to
the sea.

Spa Pool Room has a wooden deck alongside the infinity pool, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The décor is modern with
minimalist furniture in coppery tones. The en-suite bathroom is finished in granite and earthy mosaics.
