While RiveTier® II is
manufactured from the
same high quality steel as
RiveTier® I, its design offers
significant advantages:
• Common “T” Posts - an economical starter/adder system
• Mitred beams reduce the number of parts - No need for separate left-torights (LRʼs) and front-to-backs (FBʼs)
• Low cost units - cost per shelf is lower than RiveTier® I
• Heavy duty posts available for catwalk systems
• Four beam styles - to handle all your capacity requirements
• Assembles faster than metal shelving and requires no sway braces
• An ideal replacement for metal shelving

• Particle board not shown for clarity. For ease of installation, shorter depth units should be assembled from the
bottom up, inserting particle board as each shelf level is
assembled.
• Double rivet beams (SS) are required on all 4 sides at top
and bottom of unit. SSLPD’s may be used instead of SS’s
at top (left to right) on light duty, non-seismic applications.
• Front to back SSLP shelf support required on intermediate shelves 30" or deeper
• Rivets on beams insert into key slots on posts. Beam
must be hit firmly with mallet to seat rivets properly.
• Bottom beam level to be 3" max. from ground level.
• Cut particle board 1/8" under nominal size.
• For heights over 9'0", contact Engineering.
• CAUTION - TUR post is not suitable for high rise, heavy
duty or seismic applications. If units must conform to
seismic requirements, contact Engineering.
