The following two pages show the ground and first floor floor plans for Finchcocks Oast. Each depicts the posiLon and type of available beds, and is provided to allow guests to choose the bed configuraLon that will best suit their group. To help guests to choose their preferred bed configuraLon, and referring to the ‘KEY’ shown below, guests should note the following. The key for each floor plan refers to three types of bed: Gold -­‐ These are the fixed-­‐beds that are always made-­‐up prior to guests arriving, to sleep the first 20 guests. Blue -­‐ These are double sofa-­‐beds that are made-­‐up on request. With each able to sleep 2, the total of these beds will sleep a maximum of 12. Green -­‐ These are trundle-­‐beds that are made-­‐up on request. Each can be made-­‐up as one double or two singles. The total of these beds will sleep a maximum of 10. In total, Finchcocks Oast will sleep a maximum of 42. In addiLon to the above, 2 cot beds, with each able to sleep 1 infant. The cot beds come with maXresses, but guests are required to provide their own linen. When you have decided on the bed configuraLon that will best suit the needs and number of your group, please confirm your preferred configuraLon by email. That bed configuraLon will then be made-­‐up for your arrival, or if you prefer to discuss your opLons, please call 01580 212645. N.B.
