benefit yard sale Sat.
Rooty Branch Church of
the Summerlins Crossroads
Community will be having
a huge yard sale, Saturday,
Nov. 7 from 7-10 a.m. It will
be held rain or shine with
many items in the church’s
fellowship hall.
A large selection of toys,
clothes (for entire family and all sizes), small
electronics, home goods,
Christmas decor, glassware, cookware, furniture
and other items will be for
sale. Doughnuts and coffee
will be available. Proceeds
will benefit the church’s Relay for Life team.
Wayne Chapel Church
to have benefit for
Jones on Nov. 7
Wayne Chapel Church,
3556 Emmaus Church Rd.,
will be holding a motorcycle benefit ride and selling
BBQ pork plates on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 2-6 p.m.
The event is a benefit
for Raymond Jones, who
is fighting kidney cancer. A
gospel singing, door prizes
and a 50/50 drawing will
also be held. All proceeds
from this event will go toward Mr. Jones’ medical
expenses.
