Meet James Hanson, Salt Fork YMCA Personal Trainer Mission: To help you improve your fitness level as well as your general health. James is from Tucson, AZ and graduated from Hendrix College with a degree in Allied Health. While at Hendrix College, James played four years of varsity lacrosse at the Division 3 level. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Currently he is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri. He is also the Men’s Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Missouri Valley College. Experience: James has been training and assisting in training people of all ages for the last 5 years. He has trained folks from a rehabilitation setting as well as those looking to participate in colligate athletics. He has studied different training techniques and is ready to create programs that cater to your specific fitness goals.
