CALLING ALL BAKERS!
Show off your baking & creativity by contributing to our Fall Fun Fest
Bake Sale & Cake Walk! We’re looking for delicious goodies to sell at our sweet
table on Saturday, October 18, 2013 from 11am-3pm. Also, we’re collecting donations for the
Cake Walk game that will showcase our local bakers’ talents and provide beautiful cakes as prizes
to winners. Spread the word...we are collecting from all types of bakers...either from your own kitchen
or bakery! Donations accepted Sat. Oct. 18th, 10-11 am in Erdenheim Cafeteria (enter by pkg lot) or by
prior arrangement with co-chairs. Email [email protected] with any questions.
BAKE SALE
Individually wrapped treats (ie portions
divided into Ziploc bags or wrapped in
plastic) labeled “nut free” or “gluten
free” for benefit of those with allergies.
Bake Sale suggestions:

 Brownies
 Rice Krispy treats
 Cupcakes
 Baked Breads
 Individual Pies
CAKE WALK
Cake Walk is an event where contestants purchase
tickets to play a game similar to musical chairs, with
the chance to win a cake. Looking for those cake
bakers who love to decorate and embellish like the
pros. Free advertising for any business owners looking to
showcase baked goods!
Suggestions:
 Plate of 6 creatively decorated cupcakes
 Fun shaped cakes
 Beautifully designed icing cakes

throughout the day, while supplies last. Please
label anything nut free/gluten free for benefit of
those with allergies.
