Transfer to Fez, Morocco An optional add-­‐‑on tour to Fez for an additional $500 will be organized for participants extending their stay beyond the program'ʹs end. The Fez tour will offer further immersion into Moroccan history and culture. The Seminar is available to alumni and affiliates of the German Marshall Fund'ʹs leadership development programs—the Marshall Memorial Fellowship, the Manfred Wörner Seminar, the Leadership Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, the Asmus Policy Entrepreneurs Fellowship, and APSA Congressional Fellowship—for a fee that includes accommodation, transportation, and meals during the Seminar.
