Maple Systems is searching for a full-time Graphic Design Superstar to create and design Industrial Automation content
for digital/print advertising materials to support our sales and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in graphic design, website development/UX, and copywriting. A successful
candidate will possess a modern design aesthetic, consistent design style, positive attitude, and great attention to detail.
You must be a friendly self-starter who takes feedback well and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional skills required include copywriting, administrative, and other support as needed to enable the Marketing
team to meet goals in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Use graphic design software to create and produce marketing materials for company website, social media, online
partners, print ads, brochures, and more.
• Create graphics/content based upon internal style, knowledge of layout principles, and modern design concepts.
• Plan, create, and finalize all content, graphic elements, and presentation of materials, products, or services under
creative direction of Marketing Manager and Management.
• Provide final versions of all assets in proper format. Organize and maintain final copies on marketing drive.
• Work with photography and videography mediums which may include shooting/editing photos or videos.
• Assist in posting/writing marketing content as needed, perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or familiarity with Adobe CS3 or above (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Ability to create and edit video footage via Adobe Workflow and best practices
• Familiarity with website development/UX, HTML & JavaScript programming languages (CSS2 & 3, HTML 4 & 5,
WordPress, responsive website design) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linked In, Instagram, YouTube
• Ability to take feedback well and produce desired results in a positive and timely manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
