This year, we 12 pm Seniors’ Soup & Dessert Luncheon were treated to some new ideas for the dinner, the décor throughout the church, and the entertainment.“The Luck of the Irish”was with us! The audience enjoyed the whole evening, even with dessert afterwards The Country Squires & Rob Stark led an ‘Irish Favourites’ Sing-Song Fred Law & Bill Shepherd are singing to the beautiful ‘K-K-K-Katy’...Bev Brown! Fred and Brenda Law as well as many others wore more than one hat to help make the Irish Supper & Show a success! (Rt. To Lt.) Tony Hastings & his sons, Paul McD. & Rob White are starting the tune “The Irish Washer Woman.” Susan Brown joins in on the piano. Rob joins her with the accordion & Paul stops. Rob & Sue both play the piano, & then they change places at the keyboard without missing a beat! What FUN! What TALENT! William, Michael & Patrick are singing “Square Roundabout” written by Tony. The team: Nancy Wilhelm, Gillian Mahnke & Ann Reynolds Nancy created a timeline and then each card of event information was chosen by a person in the audience. They read the event out loud and people made suggestions as to when & where the Canadian event should go over the 150 years. It was a very interesting!! !!evening!!
