PTA SUPPER WITH SANTA – Thursday 8th December 2016
Dear Parent,
One of the highlights of the school calendar in Term One for our pupils is ‘Supper with Santa’. The Parent
Teacher Association has organised this event for Thursday 8th December. Eight main sessions will be operating
on the evening from 6.15 p.m. to 8.15 p.m. to reduce queuing time.
For those of you who are new parents, this is a family evening with a lovely Christmas atmosphere. The
children have the opportunity to visit Santa, receive a present and then both adults and children can enjoy
some light refreshments - mince pies and shortbread with tea or coffee for the adults, juice and a little bag of
goodies for the children.
Younger brothers and sisters are most welcome to come along and also receive a gift. Please indicate on the
reply slip if you are bringing a child under the age of one so that Santa can ensure he has a suitable present for
them in his sack.
To help with your Christmas shopping there will also be a selection of Craft Stalls so you can have the
opportunity to purchase some Christmas gifts if wished.
We have worked hard to keep the cost the same as last year and tickets are priced at £2.00 for an adult and
£3.50 for children to help Santa cover the cost of his presents.
As indicated in the November Newsletter, tickets will go on sale on WEDNESDAY 23RD NOVEMBER. You can
buy these in person from the office or complete the attached slip and return to school with your child.
