The following are the minimum system requirements and recommended system
configurations for computers that run Millennium™.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
If you have a network of more than 20 computers, we recommend that you operate
Millennium from a Terminal server.
• If you use Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 on the server, you should install the
Terminal Services role and purchase Terminal Services Client Access Licenses (TSCALs) for
every workstation/thin client running Millennium.
• If you use Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2012 on the server, you should install
the Remote Desktop Services role and purchase Remote Desktop Services Client Access
Licenses (RDS CALs) for every workstation/thin client that running Millennium.
• You should allocate an additional 100 MB RAM on the Terminal server for each Millennium
workstation. For example, 20 workstations would require an additional 2 GB RAM on the
Terminal server.
• You can substitute thin clients for PC workstations. Contact Harms Software Business
Solutions for more information on the thin clients compatible with Millennium.

MAC
You cannot install Millennium in Mac OS X. If you want to run Millennium on a Mac, you must have an
Intel-based Mac and install software that allows you to run Windows applications on a Mac, such as
Boot Camp or Parallels Desktop for Mac.

You cannot operate Millennium from a Mac file
server if you have five or more workstations.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• You must uninstall Adobe Flash Player before you install
Millennium.
• If you are using Norton Antivirus, change the Computer
Settings > Real Time Protection > Caching setting to “Off”
before you install Millennium.
• If you are using Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008,
Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows 7, you cannot use
Sync Center to synchronize your Millennium data.
