TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices stated are subject to 7% GST.

Any discounts enjoyed are not valid with other promotions, discounts,
vouchers or privilege cards.

Order period: 10 Jan to 8 Feb 2017, unless otherwise stated. No orders
will be accepted after 8 Feb 2017.

Delivery period: 14 Jan to 13 Feb 2017.

Delivery times are strictly from 10.30am to 12 noon, 2pm to 3.30pm and
4.30pm to 6pm daily, except on 27, 28 and 29 January 2017.

Delivery time on 27 January 2017 (eve of CNY) will be from 10.30 am to
12 noon only.

No delivery available on 28 and 29 January 2017 (first two days of CNY).

Orders must be made 4 working days in advance, excluding day of order.
Working days refer to Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays)
before 6pm.

Orders received after 6pm will be processed on the next working day. For
e.g., if order is made on a Sunday, it will be taken as a Monday order, and
the earliest day of collection/delivery is the Friday of the same week.

A delivery fee of $30 applies for each destination per order.

Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may
vary 30 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time.

No delivery is available for offshore islands such as Sentosa and Jurong
Island, as well as air cargo centres.

The Soup Spoon reserves the right to not accept delivery orders to any
other locations that we are unable to deliver to.

Once order and payment is made, no further changes are allowed.

An administration fee of 5% of the total amount plus an additional $10 will
be imposed for any refund of orders.

Order can only be placed online at www.thesoupspoon.com/cny-order.

Full payment to be made via credit card payment online. When filling up
the order form, please fill in the same name as the name on the credit
card that will be used for payment.

Souperholic points may be accumulated but not redeemable.

All items in the Reunion Sets and Stock Kits are fixed and may not be
substituted.

All orders come frozen for food safety reasons.

The Soup Spoon cooler bag is only complimentary for orders with at least
one CNY Reunion Set.

Food items delivered frozen without a cooler bag can be kept at room
temperature for up to 2 hours.

Food items delivered frozen can be kept chilled for 4 hours in the
cooler bag.

Food items left to thaw in the chiller compartment of the refrigerator can
last up to 3 days.

Food items kept frozen in the freezer can last up to 6 months.

All items are subject to availability and while stocks last.

All images featured are solely for illustrative purposes only.

Indication of weight is based on item before cooking and serving portions
are based on estimations.

Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior
