NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Virginia Railway Express will hold public hearings to
solicit comments related to a proposed 3% fare increase and $2 increase to the Amtrak
Step-Up ticket. If adopted, this change would become effective the first week of July
2017, to coincide with the start of the FY 2018 budget year.
