How to Create Pixel Art
There are different ways you can do this project. Don’t worry if children don’t stick strictly to these rules. We
welcome submissions from all age groups.
Method A:
Use a cotton bud or a rubber to create a picture from dots.
Method B:
1) Draw a picture on the square paper around the edges of
the squares.
2) Colour it in, making sure that each whole square is only
one colour.
Method C:
1) Draw a picture on the square paper.
2) Colour in the whole of each square the pencil line goes
over.
Method D:
1) Go to pixelartmaker.com
2) Draw your design onto the site and follow the
instructions to save your design.
3) Email the design to Orleans House Gallery with your
submission form or print and post the design.
